im really enjoying vaping so far havent touched a real fag since since friday afternoon,i woke up this morning with abit of a sore throat nothing major felt like id smoked to much the day before it didnt last long,ive also got a headache and when ive been chuffing for a while i get the whoozy feeling you get when you have a fag after not having one for a while,do you think im having to much nicotine ? i used to smoke 20-30 fags a day but they were only 0.7 mg, im thinking of ordering lower mg juice this time but i dont want to drop to much incase i get the urge to have a real fag.also if its best to go for lower mg does anybody know anywhere that does the sample juices in lower mg cos vape escapes are all either 18 mg or 20 mg ive got a box full of 20 mg samples ive not even tried yet x I'm in the same boat as you as I've only been vaping for 12 days. I have been feeling weird in the past couple of days and I was given great advise from peeps in this forum, which was drink plenty water, cut down on coffee. Yesterday I think I over vaped and I had this sickly feeling and felt like I was going to faint, which lasted a few hours. So, today I've only been vaping on mostly VG (found PG maybe whats causing me weird dry feeling in my throat) not 100% sure yet, as I'm still trying to adapt to vaping trying to figure out what is right and wrong for me. and I have cut down on vaping god i was vaping like I was gonna die lol ... It's only your 4th day, take it easy, figure out what may be making you feel like you are (but, remember your body is adapting) we have to let it go through the change (sounds like I'm talking about menopause lol) and to be honest like whats been advised in here before, don't fight the temptation if you need a lug of a fag have it, don't mean you've lost the battle. Take it day by day and things will start going into place and becoming easier  My first week I cheated slightly, but this week the temptations gone. OK I've said more than you asked, but I thought I would add in a little more advise just in case you get the symptoms |

you haven't misunderstood dream. I think it's unwise to charge another batt on the skycig charger. Nellie tried and it damaged his batt I believe. I may be wrong, but better safe etc Thankyou for the info, cos even though I'm upgrading (sightly) I still want to keep my skycig for going out and about. |

I've just been in a group on fb called Skycig and everyones complaining about the batterys of the skycig, so It's ok for emergencys, but not to vape on all day everyday. Even though I like the skycig, because of it looking like a real cigarette it drives you mad constantly having the charger on the go all day!

(edit: for those that use skycig, do the larger 510 batteries fit in the case for charging?) No SG they don't, and from previous posts I seem to remember that the sky charger has reversed polarity to the norm and fries other makes I'm glad you wrote this, I was thinking of charging my 280mah batterys on it when they arrived. Or am I misunderstanding what you just explained |

I'm using the skykit, quite good actually for travelling, but be warned the battery's do not last, constantly needs charging, but for going out and about it's perfect! The case once charged will give you 3-4 recharges on each battery, plus if you buy the usb car charger, bobs your uncle PERFECT!
I've just ordered another kit the 510 T for £24.00 (theres a discount code for that) cos the skycig battery is 90mah (as far as I know and the 510 T is 280mah, I also bought a case for it where it holds you extras... But as for the Skycig really good as Karma says £11.99 with the discount code.

Everything is ok ) I just recieved an email confirming that the first order was a mistake and that they deleted it as soon as they noticed. To be honest it could have been because when I was ordering just before confirming payment at paypal I went back and ordered more stuff. Anyway everything is fine Can't wait for my order now! |

Ok deduct 10 ciggies, cos I did cheat in the first week, had to roll up one or 2 during the day to see if I was missing anything and threw them away after a few lugs.

Batdragon, Thankyou so much for all you have written. Honestly after reading what you wrote makes me want to bleach my house and constantly I keep saying in my head "why did you ever start smoking?) Your right the health benefits from vaping does out weigh the bad affects from smoking. I don't know if it's me,but i vaped on VG yesterday and my throat felt better and this morning I vaped on pg and I was getting the tingle feeling on my throat again. Not 100% sure as yet will continue with my trials of VG and PG in the next few days and see which one likes me more |

I'm feeling so stressed at the moment. I made an order from Exhaleexhalecigarette.co.uk last night, but I received 2 emails stating that my orders are confirmed. The problem is I didn't make 2 orders!
I called exhale this morning to understand why I received an order confirmation of an order which I never paid for through pay pal, but the receptionist told me that there is no one to speak to at the moment.
I'm stressed and a bit peed off with my self for ordering anything in the first place.
Sorry about the moan, but I needed to tell someone.
Has anyone ordered off exhale before?
