I had a little concern over high VG stuff as I was reading before joining here else where on the net that a few folk get a 'tightness of chest' with high VG content ??? Everything I've had is 70/30 - but if a good throat hit = good vaping I'd love to try some of these enthusiastically recommended flavours  Just a little concerned  100% VG is the best juice you can vape from a health point of view.. I have read you don’t get the hit with 100% VG or the flavour, not sure if this is correct as I haven’t tried it, is it correct? |

Would somebody please be kind enough to post a link or a picture of one, I’m getting so confused with all these models. I’m sure I’ve seen my Imist looking spot on to other models. is there one manufacture, and then the seller puts his / her name on it?

Thanks peep’s I’m grateful for your openness, I have always been one of those people that are embarrassed to smoke, and I never smoke when people are around me. Personally I hate to see people smoke; I have never actually possessed an ashtray.
Anyway with your advise I’m now back on the 20mg juice I purchased from V.E I was finding that with the 8mg my fags were increasing.
I now mark a newly opened packet with a day and time, it’s given me more of an incentive to make them go much further.
With the 8mg or 10mg I was going though around 10 a day now on stronger juice I’m able to stretch a packet further.
I'm very disappointed with myself really because in the first place I should have stopped them altogether, now I fear I my be stuck with both habits, 2nd reason is I really didn’t want to be on such a high dose of nicotine. But then my partner who has never smoked just keeps saying you’re doing very well, bless her, I guess that’s because she always buys them for me and can see the huge savings being made.
Maybe I should have a tin for all the money saved.

Thanks peeps, as always well informed posts, Des many thanks for your detailed post. I have no wish to puff away in my seat but as said just nip into the loo, to take the edge off the trip. I just didn’t want the X-ray machine to pick up on the batteries, and end up having it confiscated.

Does anybody know if I will get away with popping one in my hand luggage so I can to pop to the loo and a have a puff or two?
Not sure if the X-ray machine will pick it up. Also I haven’t a clue what the airlines regulations are on E-cig’s
I would hate to have it confiscated.

I like this brand very much, at the moment I’m on my 3rd 10ml bottle of the Kentucky Vanilla Blend.
Loving the taste of coffee I asked for a strong coffee flavour, but to my surprise its way to strong for me, is there any thing I can do to dilute it without purchasing some PG or VG, I was wondering if I could put a couple of drops of H2o in it?

After reading your post Macca, & DiscoDez, I thought I had nothing to lose, so I striped it down put the hole lot in soapy water, went around the switch with a tooth-brush then dried it off in a hearted fume cupboard replaced the wick … and 10hrs later it’s working, chuffed to bits.
Ps I don’t think this is good advice, but I was desperate. I guess I may have some rusty batteries soon.

I’m hoping one or two of you will be kind enough to let me know how much juice you go though in a day.
I’m just wondering if I’m overdoing it! As I still smoke the shit-sticks all be it, only about 10 a day and I’m going though about 5ml of 10mg juice daily.
My biggest problem is having something in my mouth or something to fiddle with, so when I’m on the laptop I’m constantly puffing on the juice, but if I wasn’t doing that I would have a nasty in my mouth puffing on that.
I guess we are all different but wanted to know if I was in the right ball-park

Same thing happened to my Imist. The red light stayed on kept hissing and popping, couldn’t switch it off and now it won’t work at all, I can’t afford to replace it, so now I only have one to use. There was no warranty with it and I’ve only had it around 3 maybe 4 weeks at a push.
