vaping is so much better for your lungs that cigs i wouldnt worry about vaping with asthma, as i have fairly mild asthma and iv found i need to use my inhalers a hell of a lot less than when i smoked.

190 mah isnt very much tbh, do you know what resistance your atomisers are, anything less than 650 mah wont last long and generally ruin the battery`s with low resistance.
Have you had a look at ego battery`s?
If the nucig carts have a 510 connection they will work fine on any other 510 compatible battery.

Chances are it will be much the same as elites, although it has 510 threads so you could use boge`s / Kanger cartomiser`s etc.
The amount of vapour you get has a lot to do with the eliquid. for example vg gives you more vapour but often less throat hit, pg gives less vapour and tends to give a better throat hit.
The cig a likes can be a good transition into vaping, and a lot of people stick to them, it depends what you want out of them really, from your link the ego kit would perform better, although you can get more for your money elsewhere.

Wish my dad would have this breakthrough, he bought a starter kit (cig a like) before even i got into vaping and he`s barely touched it.
To be fair the tobacco liquid isnt the nicest but iv vaped away on it quite happily.
Might just swap him for one of my ego`s next time im over there:D
