I always assumed that the metal parts of the nova were steel, but I could be wrong? Do you mean to replace the plastic tank? Vape Escape sell metal tanks - clickyTo be honest, I prefer to be able to see the level of the liquid and how caramelised it is getting - helps to know when to refill and when to strip and clean it.

Cheers for the pm, decided its not the one for me though. You realise both items would probably be snapped up if you listed them separately?

I will not split the sale unless some one will buy the provari first. How much for the provari and end cap alone? Nick

Since Rob Jordan's WoT is pretty much farm boy discovers ineffable powers, fights darkness, etc etc, and spends 13 books what could have been done in 3, maybe 4, would not recommend... Especially if you did not like George R R Martin's interminable style. I've also never made it all the way through one of Erikkson's books +1 to Pratchett, Eddings and McCaffrey, beautiful stuff, almost the definition of great fantasy. Robin Hobb's trilogies are breathtaking and doesn't tend to succumb to classic fantasy tropes. For something slightly different to the usual fantasy story arcs, try Elizabeth Moon's Paksenarrion series (originally a trilogy), and Lois McMaster Bujold's Chalion trilogy. Janny Wurts - To Ride Hell's Chasm is extraordinary. Trudi Cananvan's two trilogies are enjoyable also. There's a lot of very very good fantasy out there! But it does tend to get hidden beneath some poor swords n sorcery clones. Nick

Hi Andy,
Great price, do you have any clearer pics, or a link to one that it's like -e.g. is it like the VH-Genny?
Cheers,
Nick

Just ordered these Sanyo's from Torchyboy on ebay clicky: IMR and 65mm long, good price! Although, just noticed they are Nickel Cobalt Manganese (NMC), not Lithium Manganese (Li-Mn)... hmmm, does anyone know if my sysmax intellicharger will like them? Nick

Hmm, I'm not a huge fan of the post count method (checks his post count...:~) no definitely not a fan lol. I've really benefited from buying a couple of used mods - one on here and one on UKV, and I use them exclusively now. I guess the real question is: why introduce restrictions in the first place? Have there been significant problems where sellers/buyers have been ripped off? Are there sharks on here who have abused the trust implicit in the forum? My understanding of the classy sections is that they are there for the benefit of members wanting to sell on a bit of gear they no longer want/need/can afford to keep. If they get a genuine sale, where's the problem? If someone misses out on buying a piece of kit they wanted, well that's a shame, but it's the luck of the draw really whether or not you have checked the threads recently. Since we can't sell this stuff on eBay, people looking to buy/sell secondhand gear are limited to classy sections. As long as both seller and buyer are happy with the transaction, does anybody else need to get involved? One of the benefits of buying/selling on the classies are that you can check out people's post history and get a feel for their personality etc - proof that there is a real person behind the offer! I would suggest that it should be up to the seller to decide if they want to sell to someone, and the buyer should not use the paypal gift option in order to retain their paypal buyer protection in case of a vanishing seller. Caveat emptor/venditor... Since UKV introduced their post count limitation, the classies on there seem to have slowed down a bit. I feel it was a mistake to do so, but the community there seemed to be in favour. Rogerh: You say no one wants to restrict the classies, but from some of the posts on this thread, it seems like some people *do* want to do so. I think those of us who don't agree should make the argument against such restrictions before they get introduced. As a constant lurker, but slow poster, I don't want to see rules that disadvantage me But if the community feels that only hardcore members should be able to buy and sell, then I guess that's up to you multi-hundred post guys. However, I feel a better option would be to have a separate sub-board which is limited to a minimum post-count/length of time as a member so that those who wish to buy/sell with such restrictions can, and those who don't wish to do so can use the main board. This is a very friendly forum, whereas UKV can often feel quite combative - one of the reasons I don't post there very often. I don't often post, but when I do it's because something sparked my interest. I'm just not very chatty otherwise. I guess that could be a problem for a forum tho My Nick EDIT: wow, that img was larger than I expected

Just curious Gaz, why do you prefer the satin to the black? Is there a difference in texture? Or just prefer the look? I've got a satin full size and like the look of a black mini (maybe for christmas! ) But not if it feels different to the satin...

Nice one Ram, looks like a good selection of kit there! Be careful with your voltages on the LR cartos - they won't need much to taste good Just start from 3.2 and work upwards until you find your sweet spot!
