You may be able to rub out the markings with some cotton wetted with nail polish remover. Wash off the acetone with plenty of water immediately with plenty of water.. I'll give that a go, as I've a few spare tubes if things go wrong. Ta.

What. I want to know with the old style metal tubes is how you know when it's full??? Eta I know the v5 comes with viewing window but I've got black metal tube for my vivi nova and no idea how much juice I put in hence not using it anymore. Obviously on the first fill you can use syringe to measure but next time you don@ know how much is left in?? I bought a few metal tubes as they look much better than the plastic ones, but in terms of practicality they're bloody rubbish, so I'm using the plastic ones most of the time. I don't know why they insist on putting the stupid measurements on though, as I can see how much is in there and they'd look much better without.

Cheers, I clean them fairly regularly, so will keep an eye on the plating. Don't worry about it too much.. Most of the resistance coils in commercial -mizers are made out of nichrome which contains 80% nickel. Basically many of us are inhaling on fumes from a incandescent wire which largely contains Nickel, a highly poisonous metal to humans, day after day and some have been doing it for 4 or more years without suffering any ill effects. I honestly worry more about that than chrome plated brass coming into contact with juice. In fact I use Kanthal on everything now because of the nickel content in nichrome. Cool, I'd never worried about it before and won't start now.

It's all conjecture and inference and fear of the unknown at this point..I am not aware of any studies done to conclusively prove either way. there are people using Line clones with pure copper conductors for over a year without any ill effects.. I will post the picture when I find it.. Cheers, I clean them fairly regularly, so will keep an eye on the plating.

So if I'm reading this right it's no worse than the Vivis I've been merrily vaping on for the last three months?

Hi Callum, As you've asked for feedback, I thought I'd oblige. I don't normally buy pre-mixed juice but thought I'd have a look as it was a good price. Fancied the choconilla, but temporarily out of stock. Oh well, never mind. A bit later I saw this thread so revisited the site and decided I'd have the mini dripper, as I could do with a decent dripper for testing my own mixes. Temporarily out of stock. Oh well, never mind, I'll get the big dripper instead, it's only a couple of quid more, although I would have preferred its little brother. Temporarily out of stock. Maybe I was unlucky and loads of others got some things they wanted at good prices, but I can only speak for myself and personally found it a frustrating experience. You did ask... Hiya choconilla was 1 of not many out of stock and has now been updated and is in stock . big dripper and the lil dripper are out of stock at the moment i am sorry about that but products do sell out pretty fast especially re-buildables , but there are alot more products in stock compared to out of stock products and we have alot of stock arriving shorlty and a new SS Re buildable . No worries, and I'll probably end up getting an LD when they're in stock, but just telling it how I found it. I'll revisit the choconilla, cheers for the update.

I ordered 50m of .15mm for my Vivis from here on Sunday and it was delivered today at a cost of about £8. That's a great price and fast delivery considering it's come from Germany. Only downside is that it's not on a reel, it's just coiled up, but I'll probably put it on a cotton reel when I have a spare few hours. He even threw in a couple of silica samples as well, so I'll definitely use him again in two years time when I need to replenish my stock.

Just done the tonge test of the two and F'Art is a sharper taste, CCW is a more mellow flavour but fuller, but thats to my taste. Dave Cheers for that, I'll stick my tongue in the bottle tonight and see if it's any stronger. It may be that I let it steep too long when I mixed it.

I used F'Art this time but have CCW which I think is stronger. Dave Hmmm, that's disappointing to hear. I must have got a crap bottle, as my wife and sister have both tried it and thought the same as me.

When mixing sweet liquids I think of things I like to eat, currently vaping liquorice toffee, or think back to my childhood (a long time back) for instance if money was a bit short we might just have custard with a blob of raspberry jam for pudding on a Sunday, suprisingly very nice. Dave What liquorice are you using? I've recently tried CCW's and find it very weak, even at 30%, which I feared would be the case when I opened the bottle and it hardly smelled at all.

Won't the wick need cleaning/changing before the tank is even empty? I'm marvelling at the length of the wick, it's about a metre long.
