Hi there Pop and welcome  Goodness, that is soo very much like I felt at first (but with a different rollie tobacco!- Cutters Choice). I didn't mean to give up the rollies altogether, just to cut down like. I started on the same e-cig as you and still use it now and again. I bought 36mg strength liquid at first but found it made me a bit nicotined out so now use 24mg which I am happy with. After a while, (it was about a week of faffing about with atomisers/cartridge/ filling/juice combinations and making sure I always had a charged battery) I found I actually prefered vaping to smoking. For me, it took no effort at all and there was no pain with withdrawal symptoms. I had three roll-ups whilst out yesterday and it felt really weird to be smoking again. It felt very harsh in comparison to vaping and I could really smell the stale smoke later which was horrible  beepxxx |

Aww, Ian, do wot floats ya boat man!  I got nothing against folk who like to have the latest gadget, (I guess e-cigs are pretty much gadgets, just like mobiles etc.) and everyone has different approaches to 'quitting'. Personally I'm just trying to be practical and don't intend to swap my ex-rollie hobby with a more expensive vaping hobby..although.. am just now on the verge of thinking, just thinking, about an improvement to my SD.. |

..Tank systems, cartos, big battery mods, box mods, pass throughs, high voltage vaping ??? it's a bit confusing for some of us you know.. a lot of the time I do wonder about what you lot are on about vaping your exhaust pipes like you do!  Anyway, I do thank you Lisa for taking the time to inform and not just try to sell something new. In fact I thank everyone who shares their knowledge and experience here. Me, I'm just so grateful to have found a very simple way to not smokie the rollies xx PS I love this place  |

Please don't give up hope as yet- one thing that occured to me was that maybe the juices you're vaping are just not the right ones. What I mean is that I have tried Cigar and it initially made me cough until I became used to it/changed it!
I'd like to recommend that you try something 'lighter' maybe- eg. 'Pear' from James when he get's back- it's very light and refreshing and not at all harsh in my opinion. beepxxxx

Ian, I second Lynda's recommendation to check out ENjuice- their liquids are really good quality and you can choose both the strength and base. They've got a whole bunch of 'tobacco' flavours in the Black Label range- personally I find it annoying that they're only displayed as numbers as there's quite a few of them to go through but at least there is a discription when you click on the item. |

hey thanks perps for opening a discussion re foam!- hooray, i love experiments : )
the very trickiest thing i find with using the fluval 2+ is peeling down the layers to the best thickness- the width and length is the easy bit, the thickness however is another matter!! i'm still getting it wrong with splitting into two then binning the peeled off excess..does this make any sense to anyone else?! too skinny and the juice runs through- too fat and you have to huff and puff to get a decent draw.. xx

Tim, just wanted to wish you luck and to say that regarding Royal Mail- I was talking to the postie last week and he was telling me about the terrible situation in my local sorting office, they're STILL sorting post from before Christmas : (

evening!! hope you're all well. Has anyone tried the normal 901 atomisers from EM and how did they measure up?. I am unsure whether to go for some in dear Perp's order, I guess I just want to know that they're not any worse than TW which is all I've used so far and I'd like to know if they're good value in comparison. xx |
