Hi Stu and This really is a great forum. Everyone's so helpful on here. Ask anything you want, no question is ever too daft - and I should know, I've asked a few!

I went for a little drive over the Pennines on Xmas eve so I could visit Jason and buy a Vamo. I went for the SS one, and I've barely put it down since! Sooooooooo good! (I meant the Vamo, but Jason's nice too )

The purple Nova STV is really pretty. It looks lush on my lovely shiny SS Vamo. It's a sort of pinky purple colour. I've got pink and purple rainbow clearos too. If you're going to spend so much time with your vaping gear it may as well be nice to look at! I'm trying not to buy anything for a while (other than mixing stuff), but I clicked on that Bombshell link and I really really want that purple one. Can you guess what my fave colour is?!

EDIT: Of course you may have to drink the wine first. . . Trust me, this won't be a problem!!! Thanks for responses guys and gals. Done loads of reading on this so I'm pretty sure what I want. I'll do some shopping around tonight for the nic base and see which comes up cheapest. Can't wait to get started. Mwuhahahahahaaaaa (my best mad scientist laugh!) StS

Poor old Bluey. Can you unscrew the bottom of the Nova and push him out from the inside? It'll be like the Nova's giving birth...!

Hello
I've got some money to spend thanks to last night's gig so I'm going to get a mixing kit together. I've got a list together, but was wondering where people are getting their Nic base from. I don't mind waiting a bit longer for overseas postage if it's considerably cheaper.
I've seen on other threads that this is freezable. Is it better to get VG or PG base if you're going to be storing it this way?
Thanks!

They look goooood! I'll not eat your choccies though, I'm sure you've earned them. I've just finished a box of their scrummy mint selection. I now have a choice of what to start on next: box of malteasers, Lindor or massive M&S selection. Been trying to make them last. Unfortunately the same can't be said for the 4 bottles of wine I was given!

I'll be seeing in the new year on stage at a club in Leeds, dressed as Cindy Wilson from the B52s, complete with big platform boots and a wig with a massive beehive! Slightly daunting as it's the first gig with this band and we'll have an audience of about 500, but I'm sure it'll be damn good fun!
Hope everybody has a good evening, whatever they end up doing (don't blow your face off Ashmal!) and that 2013 is a great year for all of us.

I haven't really tried to work it out, but to be honest I don't really care - the main thing is I'm not smoking any more! At a guess I'm getting through 2-3 ml per day of low nic juice (10-12mg, depending on which one I'm using). I used to watch the clock at work, waiting for break time when I could go out and have a ciggie. Now, if I think about it, I'll just grab whatever I have with me and have a puff or two on the egic and I'm a happy bunny. Like I said, the main thing for me is that I'm NOT smoking cigs any more. After trying to quit a few times I'm really grateful to have found ecigs. I really don't care at the moment how often I'm using it - probably more in the evenings than I would have smoked, particularly since I got the Vamo as it's so good. In the 7 weeks I've been vaping I haven't wanted a stinky. This makes me a VERY happy bunny!

I'm still experimenting with flavours, but the ones I like are fruity, with some sweet ones thrown in for good measure. I like to mix them up in my Nova and see what happens - if you mix flavours that you like you can't really go wrong, or at least I haven't so far! I've currently got a mixture of blackberry, caramel and custard in my Nova, which I've been happily chugging away on all day. Think I'll go for caramel and banana tomorrow.
Since I started vaping I haven't wanted to try an ashtray flavoured juice. Each to their own, but for me I wanted to get away from the stinkies completely.
I'm nearly out of watermelon, which is probably my fave so far, so I need to order some more. Who does a good one?
