As they're continuing to post negative comments and a direct personal attack on a public forum (albeit with appaling spoolding nad grummor) is it not now 'they whom I won't credit with naming' that are I indulging in slander? Maybe making the whole communication between the two parties would make it obvious to all that they're talking bull. Maybe also giving them the legal definition of slander would make them stop spouting such nonsense!  |

My housemate's gonna have a go tomorrow - he's got a boot-up disc he can use to get to the bios prompt & take a look from there.

Thanks for the tips. I don't understand most of it, but at least it sounds like it's not a complete disaster. Will be a while before I can afford to do anything about it though. In the meantime if anyone needs me I'll be back in the dark ages! |

Surely only some e-liquids will be subject to scrutiny under any regulation change - I pretty much exclusively vape fruit and sweet flavours so no tobacco content. How much tobacco is even in the tobac flavours? Aren't most liquids just a flavouring? Either way, big can of worms! Personally, I'm vaping to help stop smoking (1 week today  ) so fall under the red bit. While I intend to slowly cut down on the nic consumption, I'm enjoying vaping so may continue with no-nic juices. Wonder what the regulators would make of THAT! |

Been told by a friend on FB that my hard drive has died. Boooo! :-[
Will see if my housemate has any ideas when he comes back tomorrow. I've got pictures on there that I'd rather not lose.
Gonna make Internet shopping more difficult if I've only got my phone. That might actually be a good thing!!!

Oh dear.
So, the blue "you're knackered" screen came up when I tried to switch on today. I've tried to start in "safe mode with command prompt" so I can run the CHKDSK/F it's telling me to do, but this takes me straight back to the blue screen.
I've got no cash to either get it looked at or replace it, but given it's at least 8 years old I guess it's time to retire it anyway.
Is there an android app for this forum? I used the browser on my phone to get on, but an app might be better. Although if it's anything like the Facebook app I won't bother!

This is Pebbles. The pic was taken a few years ago, but it shows that it's not just dogs who like to get some air!
She's 16 now and still a big baby, loves to be cradled like a baby.

Take the tops off and put it somewhere warm an dark (airing Cupboards are good).... leave it a few days and away you go..... However some have been known to try it as soon as they get it, just to test a bit. I caved in and started on the coconut ice this evening. YUMMY! Goes rather well with a vodka and bitter lemon It was a bit tricky getting into the tank of my ego though - had to put the bottle tight to the opening of the tank, but managed to only spill a tiny bit. Will be better once I've ordered some 'kit' after payday and can syringe it in. Choccy nutty fantastic next I reckon. Thanks again Frogster! |
