Marvellous!! Thanks Chrissie If the first question wasn't quite daft enough....I have more! I'm taking it that you don't actually 'suck' on the end of the ecig like you would on an analogue but kind of breathe in when holding the button down......if thats right, how would you do the method where you draw it into your mouth, then inhale...surely you run out of breath??! ???

Hi all... So as most of you know I'm going for a Riva 510 and some juices from james when I'm not so 'always broke'!!! In the meantime was pondering the practicality of it and was wondering about filling carts... could I for instance, fill a couple of carts up and take them to work with me to save me having to faff about with them while I'm at work....or would they dry out or something?? Sorry for yet another daft question but I tend to be rushed off my feet most days and running out for a quick 2 min cig is about all I get time for!

Looking back as a then hardened smoker I would have been extremely sceptical that anything could stop me smoking and wouldn't have wanted to waste my money on anything that didn't work, despite spending a truly horrific amount of money on cigs every month. With the benefit of almost 7 months of vaping and zero cigs - I can't believe that I ever had any doubts and would say go for the best ecig your budget can take, best decision and purchase you'll ever make. This has hit the nail on the head really....although I know that spending £40 on a Riva is alot cheaper than a months worth of 'real cigs', the thought of buying it, it not working for me, then still having to spend on cigs is terrifying!!! However, saying that, after another months horrific budgeting....I've finally settled on the Riva 501 from Liberty...and some juice from Paradise....here's hoping!!! When I get it, I'll report back Once again, thank you to everyone for your help and advice...its all been much appreciated.

Well I appreciate everyone's point of view - but this has been a really helpful starting point....as a 'newbie', it is a complete minefield and without you guys to just kinda shove me in the right direction I would have been mooching between suppliers for weeks making lists of the pro's and con's.....I'm shockingly terrible at making decisions!! To be honest, I'm still sort of deciding as keep finding different one's!! Oksmokey's 510 prima is a cracking price....the only place I could find a tornado was at Totally Wicked and the Riva at Liberty Flights (but at £42 this is out of my price range for the first go...I'd only really be happy at spending that when I knew I was getting on ok with vaping).... Anyway, I don't get paid for another 2 weeks, so still got plenty of time!

Aah, thanks so much for the welcome's! And thanks for all the advice - as soon as I get my next pay (yes, I am always broke!), I'm going to get started. ps. Having a horse and smoking 20 a day are expensive hobbies!! I definitely couldn't say I would stop straight away as I am just so addicted and have weak will power...but I'm hoping the steady approach will work for me - some of my smoking problems are related to boredom I think ie: I nip out of work every hour for a cig...so think I will still continue to do this with the e-cig at first and then try to break that habit as I go along... Once again, thanks everyone, so nice to 'meet' you all!

A-ha! Thanks for that!!....
Now, I'm really sorry to be asking all these daft questions...I'm just keen to get started!!
So can I ask, what is the difference between the 510 and DSE 901?
Also, at a 20 a day heavily addicted smoker, would I go for the high or medium strength liquids?
thanks again, I really appreciate everyone's help.

Thanks Chrissie Thanks Hanow I fear many many numpty questions coming on....I'll get started with..... Have you any tips for me on getting used to an E cig?? Is there anything I should be aware of? I guess I'm nervous as I'm such an addicted smoker and can't quite believe that these are as good as everyone says I suppose!!! If I just kept the cartridges when they have run out and then top up with juice, is that a more cost effective way of doing it? Thanks so much for all your help - I had no idea the world of e-cigs is so big!!
