Just put a ni200 coil on my new kanger subtank (rebuildable part) , Twisted 29Awg round a 3mm bit 8 wraps, came in at 0.110 ohms, vaping on Vaporflask at 25.5watts, set at 440 degrees, very nice. First time ive ever built a twisted coil on any mod, very pleased with my first attempt.

Hi peeps not sure if this is the correct thread but I got one of those cheap QI magnetic base chargers today and can confirm they work with the VS Rdna 40 fantastic, even with the condom on.didnt realise until reading on here that the VS comes with the receiver already built in. no more battery removal and no broken USB socket..

Just to add to your dilemma chykensa, about 3 weeks before xmas I purchased a Vaporshark Rdna40 and I must say I have not found the new temp sensing coil building a problem, it just works and im so confident this is the way to go that ive just received a Vaporflask as a late xmas present. WOW very impressed, no problems with either board, and no burnt taste..

Excuse my ignorance peeps, are we saying that by buying one of these ebay charging mats/pads I would be able to inductively charge my VS40 without buying anything else as it has a card built in. can someone please explain from A-Z please, thank you.

Hi @scooby, The only problem ive had with mine is when I tried to coil the Lemo I give up wth that one as I tried a further twice. on the 3 builds ive now got the VS Dna 40 is superb. Ive just tested my Plume Veil with new Japanese cotton, set at 430 and only the faintest browning of the cotton. Im using The vape mesh company 0.3 without issues, your welcome to try some if you want. Don't give up on the Dna40 im convinced this is a game changer, i just think we may be early pioneers..

Thanks @letsavit and VapingBad. Its the same wire ive used on the Squape mk1 and Erlkonigen, both working a treat.19 ohms 22watts and great. The lemo seamed to be working ok on Kanthal .25 at 12 watts, I might strip it down later and see if there's a short somewhere.

Just a quick one. Ive coiled my Lemo tonight, 11 raps .3 ni200 2.5mm bit and got .25ohms, but the coil lights up on 430 degrees then shuts off the temp sensor, coiled it twice now and im getting the same thing. do you think there could be a short in the Lemo ??.

Hi. Well my Vaporshark DNA40 has arrived . Im well pleased with it, put a .23 ohm coil in a Squape mk1, set temp to 440 deg and 25watts,its fantastic, ive never enjoyed 25watts so much, no burning ,no over heat. The only problem is the Squape air flow is poor. Next coiled up the Plume veil at .18 ohms set temp to 450 deg and 30 watts with all air channels open," this is the high life" Weve never had it so good, I agree with DD this well could be generation 4. Im gobsmacked...
