My I-Taste blue MVP has just arrived,ordered on the 7th.It came well packaged in a hard plastic box,fully charged and works great.

Ordered on the 7th,not left Hong Kong till 23rd and i don't know where it is now,i got the same message about the postal system being jammed up.

Used them once with no probs,i bought 2 spinners and they came marked as pens on the envelope but they got here quickly.

The painter came today to cover the patch that was plastered when they took a piece of the kitchen ceiling down,he asked me what the original problem was and when i said soundproofing he replied is it Wimpeys?,i told him he was right and he said they are one of there biggest clients for finishing off faults and that there are many more with the same issue.

Finally got a reply,they say the the defects i was told about from the management co refer to a different situation,different circumstance,different block and they cannot disclose any more info due to data protection,they assure me no compensation was offered as it is not their policy and they will be contacting the management co to discuss and clarify the contents of his e-mail outlining the defects they told me about.They also say if i take it further they will instruct there own solicitor. Whenever i use any clearos i cut down the wick so they are short,i do this as i have never had any burn tastes since doing it.The iclear that is coming with the MVP i ordered has a dual coil which is new to me so if i cut short the wicks would it affect the dual coil.
