I guess cotton wool would be fine. The cotton balls I have are just balls of cotton wool really. I just break a small amount off, twist it a bit to tighten and reduce its size, then wrap a coil. Best to make sure the cotton wool hasn't been treated/scented or anything like that. Some people boil some types of cotton to make sure, but I didn't with this.

I've expressed my opinion on the UKV forum before about lithium batteries and safety. There are risks with lithium batteries, whilst problems are relatively uncommon the results of failures is dramatic and can cause serious injury. Torch owners have had similar and worse incidents with LI ion batts, please take care. I would never charge unsupervised nor would I ever use unbranded batteries and low quality chargers. I think to do so is unwise. I believe this to be the best/safest charger on the market, outside of the kind of hobby chargers used by radio controlled vehicle types. www.cloud9vaping.co.uk/epages/yxve46fvrnud.sf/en_GB/?ObjectID=5000125Although Xtars and Nitecores are fine, I use an Xtar atm, though I'm getting a Pila soon as I need some more bays anyway. I wouldn't use Trustfires, many do and have no problems, but I wouldn't personally.

pic uploadDizzi: thats a wick on a mini nova, done with just a cotton ball, just had a full tank through it and about to refill. It works great the cheesecloth wick looks pretty good too.

A cheapo RBA and wick stuff. 18650 battery and materials to build a vv tin/box mod. Exactly what I'm using now, great results

The difficulty is in obtaining the decent ones. There is the new odysseus chinese copy, better to have the real thing if you can get it but... thats a look at it. Unfortunately I don't know of a UK vendor yet. You could go for a clockworks rta, many seem to like them, clockworks-cornwall.co.uk/ I'm more of a dripping/bottom feeder type myself though, so can't comment too much.

I'm also quite keen on Vermillion River stuff as the quality tends to be pretty good. I think avoid Chinese liquid if your fussy like me, I'm really not keen. Its hard to advise as not everyone likes the same.
You may like Pink Spot sweet flavours, there range tends to be good in general. Perhaps get some samples though, since your struggling to find something.

I'm thinking about getting an mvp or a vamo or maybe both. I'm not sure yet. The mvp looks great I'm very tempted by it, could do with a pass-through device as mine last one has failed. Although I do change clearos/attys/tanks a lot so I like the look of the vw devices and do want one. Hmm decisions..
