My experience is that for the same resistance, using thicker Kanthal and more turns in the coil/wrapping the coil round a wider drill bit or screw driver there are fewer problems. I'm not saying better just easier and more reliable.

To find out if you like high Watts (and if you find you don't then you won't be alone) try on a 3 post dripper with adjustable air flow - you'll need the air hole wide open. They're the easiest coils to build and the easiest to get right. Make the resistance 1.2 - 1.5 Ohms and put two good 18350s in your Vamo and set it to variable Voltage mode. This will give you 24 to 30 Watts, firing at 6 Volts.

Glass evods are good cheap clearos and no worry about tank cracking eliquids. Anything more expensive - stock only glass and SS and that means Kanger. If your going to sell Vamos I would avoid KSD. Just my opinion - its your shop. For rebuildables perhaps Youde (they make some good stuff but some damp squibs too). Good luck.

Vapings moved a long way in the last 12 months. No need to spend mega bucks for a great vape.

Good spot. Inexpensive and stylish. Does it make the coffee in the morning?

I agree with Greg and I don't buy the idea that a copper mod is going hit harder than an SS mod. Ok it will but microscopically. Connections are what count and the area of the connection is as important as the material. It is also worth noting that the voltage drop is greater when the coil resistance is lower. If each connection has 0.1 Ohms resistance then this matters little with a 1.5 Ohm coil but with a 0.3 Ohm coil then a mod which has less than 0.02 Ohm resistance at each connection would hit appreciably harder. It could make the difference between merely burning your lips and searing them.

My batteries arrived today. Ordered 22nd of May, shown arriving Langley June 18th, then something about dangerous goods act and then showing in Malaysia. My guess is they went surface mail and the the Langley date was just automatically generated as the expected date if sent air mail.
Any joy Pebbles? Yours were contemporary with mine.

Mechs win on looks and size but without a kick the power (Watts) drops by 25% or so as the battery voltage drops and you have to tailor your coils resistance when you use a mech. VV and VW give you instant control over your power.
You can get just about as much power as you like with the right battery on a mech without spending a big bucks. Inexpensive VV/VWs that allow stacked 18350s (eg Zmax and Vamo) can give you 25 Watts with a 1.5 Ohm coil and 30 Watts if you make a coil bang on 1.2 Watts - they won't fire lower than 1.2 Ohm coils. You have to put it in VV mode to get over 15 Watts. 25 Watts is enough for most needs. More expensive VV/VWs give you as much power as you want.
I don't have any issue with 33Htz mods. I have a Provari but I don't notice any difference in the vape it gives compared to a Vamo or ZMax. The rattle snake effect noise may drive you up the wall with some cartos but I haven't noticed it with drippers, gennys or BDC attys.

I think Vaporhawk and Zainy are the most trusted for genuine Hangsen and Daking eliquids. I heard that the two are now one company, Perhaps someone here can say definitively if this is the case.
