Bargainvapour sell 100 ml of 50mg/ml for 13 Euros. Postage is about a fiver I think. I've bought from them, the nic was clear ie no brown tinge. www.bargainvapour.com/click on DIY...trouble getting the link to work.

That's the way it goes. If you note down the juices and amounts you put into your rubbish bottle it is sure to turn out awful. I understand there is an incantation you can make to the vaping Gods but you have to enter the secret society.

... he was also told that the tobacco giants were losing to much revenue through smokers turning to e-cigs so they were taking over the e-cig industry and pushing flavoured nicotine juice to get the next generation of nicotine users hooked . That part may have some truth. The EU is making very low nic juice a special case - I think either 0.2 or 0.4 mg/ml. I have seen a picture of these on display in a shop along side Shisha Sticks. These are not aimed at vapers I think the tobacco lobby managed to get them into the legislation in order to recruit new nicotine addicts. I can't think of any legitimate reason for making low nic juice a special case.

I've been through the news thread on the recent EU consultation. Our sides presentations were recorded- a great job there kibbster, but what about the ops? Does anyone have a link to what they had to say, written or recorded. I'm particularly interested in what Big T and Big P reps had to say. Thanks

Just saw DarkGinger's thread about vaping at the airport. Seen a vaping welcome sign yourself? Get your cameras out and lets see some pics.

You have loads of tar from smoking, could be hanging out with the bogies for one last hurrah before finally leaving the home it has enjoyed all these years.

Since it is purely for tasting juices I recommend the IGO and one of the following options
1) Silica wick. Make a dozen wicks change for each juice rinse under a warm tap and pop in the oven and dry.
2) SS mesh. Take about 150mm of .20mm Kanthal. Bend the it back on itself 20 mm from one end and then bend it back on itself again. Put an unbent paper clip in each bend and windmill to twist the triple strands together. Leave 35mm untwisted then triple over and twist the other end of the Kanthal. Oxidise a short SS wick, 12mmlong is ample. Coil the wick. Screw one end of the twisted wire to the negative terminal and use pliers to bend the twisted wire so that the end of the wick touches the base. It will wick just fine even if it barely touches the base*. The wick should then slope up to the centre post - use the pliers again to get it where you want it.
With SS you can change liquids very quickly and try mixing flavours.
* Really, truly my wick has so little contact with the base you would think it couldn't possibly wick but put a few drops as far away from the wick as possible and watch as the wick acts like a magnet.

The AGA T2 with a pyrex tank and silica wick makes it equivalent to a rebuildable Vivi Nova, if you like the looks and it should last several birthdays.

Must be something about the sort of staff that work in a chemist. My brother and sister in law came for Easter with my little niece. So I hi-me-ed down to Superdrug to buy a potty. They were out of stock and the assistant suggested I try boots. I mean what good is that? It would be sure to leak out of the lace holes.

Vaping is all about what works for you. The good news is that you have you have found it already. Forget the mesh wicks and use silica (or try cotton) on your AGA. There is nothing dumb or unsophisticated about enjoying a 4 Watt vape on a cheap device.
You've arrived mate enjoy it.

I agree a VV is the simplest way to improve performance. If you are getting along fine with what you have there is no great need to keep upgrading. Money is an issue for me too and the next step I would recommend is to find the right juices for you. Finish what you have before you go order new juice. Once you know what you like think about making your own from concentrates.
Buy some wick and .2mm Kanthal and learn to rewick your clearos. People tend to gush about how great their latest device is. If you really want to know how good a vape can be, get an IGO. You have to drip with it, so much more suited for home use. With a silica wick it is as good as the most expensive hybrids. With mesh as good as any genesis.
