I've never seen a vape shop I could really browse in tbh - they all seem to just sell overpriced Egos and CE4s, if that. I'd like a Vape Emporium! Try out some kick-ass mods and go to rewicking lessons and mixing masterclasses, that sort of thing...big gap in the market if you ask me

Hm, I think you'll get two out of the three (TPA & Capella) at the usual suspects, you could always go direct to CCW for theirs, I don't remember their P&P being ridiculous, plus they're 30ml bottles

You could always consider just getting a mini Ego battery to use whilst your Spinner is charging if cost is an issue, I think you can get them for <£10. I have 2 Spinners (3, but hubby has nicked one), a mini Ego and an iTaste vv, and that does me just fine

This is my favourite half day vape. Nothing majorly special but I keep coming back to it every day - a great staple.

Spinner + Evod = great piece of mid-range kit. You can get spare heads for the Evod for roughly £2 each, or rewire them if you are so inclined!

I think you pretty much bung whatever it is you want to extract into some vodka and leave it. I think it was 2 days for mint, longer for more reticent flavours.

Lucky bugger finding a juice.....! I prefer VG I like the smooth vape I find PG too harsh and it makes my mouth sore, what I would like to try is a good organic juice if anyone knows of one Only organic juice I know is Virgin Vapors, a US brand available from some UK vendors. I tried 4 - hated the flavours in 3 (blegh - chai, Kona coffee and chocolate cake of some sort), the blackberry one was OK but really cloying after a while. I might have just picked the wrong flavours, other people love them. Great vapour production though. I go for 20% PG 80% VG, don't get on with PG much, don't need much throat hit, like loads of vapour

I wonder if real cinnamon would work? I'd love to mix up some real chai spices! Or use a chai teabag, as you say Ooo, real vanilla...mmmmm!

Steeping fresh herbs in PG didn't work AFAIK, but steeping in alcohol did - @ashmal? Could do anything in alcohol Yeah alcohol works with herbs for some reason but with tobacco VG is best ... I think it helps if you choose the right leaves ... mint is a good candidate for alcohol steeping. I suppose some leaves will have different intensity flavours and different chemicals will get extracted in the process. I think my original basil experiment which was with PG was left too long and also the flavour is far to mild to capture/replicate. I might have another go at it with vodka this time. Did you try fresh herbs Jen ? It's on my list! Been mad busy recently. Want to try a real spearmint flavour since I have loads of it for tea purposes. Could also have a go with lavender and rose teas.

Don't fret, once you've sussed the calculator and got all the kit, it really is as simple as measuring and pouring - like cooking but with syringes Plenty of tried and tested recipes to go at in the members' recipe thread, and I've just remembered I was going to make the AAEC capsule collection of tried and tested flavourings, which I shall do now! It's really nothing to be scared of and very rewarding when it works
