I love vapologys cherry and rasberry, Alchemists LMP and pear drops. I keep mine in a biscuit tin. Every time I think I have enough someone on here says about another that I think I should try.

If you have a good varied diet then most vits wont help. By the time you feel thirsty you are bout 10% dehydrated, also dehydration can make you feel hungry even if your body doesnt need the calories. From experience(I have a medical condition which if I get too dehydrated can cause my body to shut down within 24hrs)it doesnt take much dehydration to make you feel tired as your body is taking from your muscles etc to move the water to more vital areas. Any liquids will help not just water well apart from alcohol.

I just had to do it. Went to change from Kanger to CE unscrewed it not looking what I was doing then looked down juice sitting in a puddle wtf??? looked at ego and got the big doh moment. I had unscrewed the kanger not unscrewed it from the ego  . So one lesson down and another load to go  |

Thanks Karma Im using the 2.4 at mo but was just wanting to make sure that I didnt get the wrong ones. Not any particular tanks but they do look good and as I have to be one of the clumsiest people on the planet anything where it takes co-ordination could be entertaining (especially for others watching ) |

I was thinking about vaping for a good few months before I started. It wasnt until I got to try a none cig-a-like (guys on a stall in shopping centre but asking way too much for a single ego) that I decided to go for it.
Maybe people arent sure and until they know that there are better e-cigs they dont want to spend more money as many of them have tried all the NRT and it hasnt worked. Most of the ones I have talked to have had no idea there are different e-cigs, juices etc.

Hi all another newbie here
I have an ego 1100 with CE5 clearos n just found kanger MT3s. Been on the stinkies far too long and now enjoying vaping (oooo so many nice flavours). I do have afew rollies per day but hoping that they will go soon (not going to beat myself up over afew lol).
