TBH the couple of times I tried protank on my itaste vv I couldn't work up a decent draw - its seemed like hard work to get any vape flavour and/or plumes of smoke...my face muscles hurt trying!! ??? mind you, I may have had wrong oHm coils? I havnt worked that part out yet  Sounds like a duff coil unit, try another one.  |

I fitted another 'o' ring in that space, no problems so far.
ETA: A flat type 'o' ring, otherwise the coil unit will sit too high. Similar to griff's cotton wool idea, just to make a better seal.

Well, damn it........I have managed to ruin my two new atties! Thought I'd give them a good clean to remove all factory residue etc. Looked at several You Tube vids for lessons. Put them in hot water, dried them out overnight, and now do not get any glow on the wick or coil. Just a tiny bit of vapor. Tried a few drop of e juice on one and it tasted worse than anything I've ever had. Is there any solution please???  All this excessive cleaning malarkey bamboozles me I must confess, but that aside there's probably still some residue moisture in there emmita. I'd try a few blasts with a hairdryer to help dry them out completely, atomisers can take longer than clearo's to be thoroughly dry. If that doesn't work then you may have knackered them.  I totally agree, this over cleaning is getting ridiculous. With atties like these you need to blow through them to drive the excess water out of the tube before it gets to the battery. Then just pulse it for a while, that should clear everything out and give the coil a chance to get going properly. |

Fair point. Just a small gripe: I wish people would use Thread Titles to actually say what the thread is about - I'd completely missed that one. Yes barrynorton I think that is a fair comment. Lots of threads are poorly named and cause, as you have shown, people to miss threads that may be of interest to them. |

OK. At the moment only myself and dave have definitely confirmed. womble Sassy could you confirm please. As a side note, I thought I would put this on a few different forums to try and boost numbers. Put on 6 forums, result, see the first sentence. Not sure what to do to get more people to come. I did find out after I proposed this meet that POTV are having one in Leicester on 7th Dec, that may have impacted on this one, who knows. |

You can of course add the crystals straight into your mix (a few at a time) and dissolve. I have done this a few times and it works OK.

I never said that. I said I'd be scared to post anything. Worried, not scared, I've got kids so not a lot scares me. Worried about helping anyone because so many people on here are so easily offended. I'd be worried anything I said, descriptive, analogous, whatever the subject, however innocent, could contain words or phrases that a small minority of people on here would find offensive. And believe me, certain people on here are now going to take it upon themselves to monitor every single word people say. Having to be overly cautious about everything you say, especially on an "Adult" forum isn't going to be fun.
It's nothing to do with my avatar. I never saw the pictures in question, maybe if I did I'd have a better understanding of what the main problem was. What's upset me is the "He said, she said, I'm telling Sir of you" attitude that some people have displayed in their posts to this thread. I been vaping for over two years. I've been, seen and done, not everything but a great deal to do with vaping. There are many areas I believe I can help people with. There are many thing I could still do with help on. But not if I'm going to worried about people running to Miss every time I type something. I really don't believe it would be too difficult for you. Just carry on as normal but no explicit pics or seriously foul language and keep the fun and social side of the forum in the lounge section. Pretty easy really. I think most of us do that already. That sums up how I feel Blownupdolly there is no need for explicit pictures, even in the lounge. Thread drift will happen, it does on all forums, especially as a forum grows. Most of the 'quips' made are pretty harmless and intended as just a bit of fun, if they go too far or get out of hand then action can be taken. What is fun to one person may offend another, just be sensible that's all. I just hope it doesn't end up with a load of 'thread police' getting on their high horse and reporting every post they disagree with. |

Looks pretty good Super-Shiny Out of interest 10 wraps of .25 kanthal around a 1.5mm drill bit comes out at 1.8ohms. Perfect for an evod/Protank as the 1.5mm gives plenty of wiggle room. Great work Super-Shiny a master piece roger if you don't mind me asking what wick do you use. At the moment I'm mainly using cotton wool. easy to use and change and gives good flavour/vapour etc. |

I often use a strongish nic flavourless juice first thing if I don't know what I fancy. It's handy for those stealthy moments as well.  |
