Please do not bring the tedious clone arguments here, one of the things I really love about AAEC is most of us here are not the slightest bit precious about what we vape - the last thing we need is getting into the ridicuousness that certain other forums have resorted to. Copywrite infringement is not theft - much as the media companies would also like us to believe - I would never spend over £100 on an atomizer but I may well spend £20 - the original maker has lost nothing if I buy a clone this is good. I think its about morals, its not a high horse thing its more a, erm, I am a nice guy thing and would like to do the right things for others who have not wronged me. this guy seems to hit the nail on the head. I don't think I've wronged you (yet ) so if you'd like to be a nice guy and do the right thing by me, please leave the clones/copies be. I, like many others here, am not particularly well off, and couldn't afford the likes of a Kayfun (& if I could, the money could be much better spent elsewhere). However, I have heard all the fuss about these attys, & the prospect of being able to get a (probably slightly inferior) copy of one for about £15 is amazing - I can see what this is all about, at a price point that is accepteble to me & mine. If I like it, and think the original is worth the cash, I can save up for one in the future, just like other members do.

@johanino I think even ukric is probably leaning towards his UK supplier now. Maybe he'll update? & I certainly hope you're still down for 500g - not fancy a full kg to get us nearer to the 28.5kg needed? (Can't be bothered to backtrack, but think we were still about 7kg short for an order )

....... Back to the original question - I suppose I shall have to upload a photo a little later but I thought it is a fairly simple question in the first place? It probably is a really simple question to answer, if we know exactly what we're dealing with. You'll find that most of the users here are not that knowledgeable with 'shisha' - we've mostly substituted our nicotine intake from hideously dangerous tobacco to almost harmless vaping. To be fair, a photo uploaded from your computer using the button up there on the left, would really help to see if were all singing from the same book. It was pointed out by Chrissie to another user of shisha products, that the OP may be better off posting their question in a shisha forum where they would have more knowledge of the product they were enquiring about. Help us to help you

ibaldersIf your really that worried, add the Paypal fees onto your payment and send it as the other one. That way you have the protection you require, and piper1 is not out of pocket to PayPal.

Another thing you could do, is put some music on & invite her in to listen. (No, this isn't going where you think ) Then go back next door & show her she can't hear it. As long as you're confident she won't, of course. Good Luck.

Until the OP names the supposed "patent holder" and provides clear specific details about the actual product then it is impossible to give a helpful answer, otherwise they will have to make do with speculation. One thing that is clear though - if you import any product from outside the EU (to re-sell) then you take full legal responsibility for that product. Far more simple to obtain supplies from UK/EU wholesalers especially if (as it appears in this case) it is not a product that you know about. - Could just be a supplier trying to force the OP to purchase from them - but in the absence of any real detail being provided, that is just a complete guess on my side. All, I really don't want to be naming the company sending me their legal letter as I know that this could frustrate the process if I am seen to be asking anyone ie showing my lack of knowledge on the subject. My lawyer charges £250 per hour for a junior researcher to do what I am doing so I am trying to he more reliable information from people that probably have a clue! I do import them from China but I pay import duty, vat and had both batches tested. I believe I have done everything by the book. I am responsible and I am sure the company woul prefer to sue me rather than the factory. The 'patent' is called a Community Design Registration and it is solely regarding the diamond tip. I admit that I launched a few weeks after they had their registration in place but how was I to know this! I need to somehow discover an EU non nicotine disposable. Somme people call them e-shishas. I cannot find anything online that can support me in any way. My hope is that they will not follow up but I do not want this company wasting my time and putting a claim in. They are profitable. I make 24% net and my customer 42% POR. It would be much more if I hadnt gone to so much trouble making sure they are fit for the UK market Appreciate any help and reliable information anyone can give me.OK - this very thread is surely showing your lack of knowledge on the subject. A Community Design Registration is NOT a patent! If you want reliable help, you really need to dicslose all the information you have in order for us to help you. You could start by following @freefromsmoking's suggestion below. ahmedi perhaps if you could post a photo of the item it would give us a better idea of what we should look for.

Can you record her knocking, and then play it back to her, showing her there is no music?

As I understand it, if I can't get on with an Igo-l dripping probably isn't going to be for me. Hopefully off to the NEES meet next month as well, so someone can teach me how to rewick it properly as well Thanks (ffs) @freefromsmoking

I took delivery of some today, a very lovely member of another forum sent me it as it wasn't to his taste. It says it was born on the 18th, should I steep or is it good to go? Also really need to sort a dripper, no clearos empty so I'm tooting like a goodun trying to empty one Not surprised really Gotta say, I'm with Jaguar7777 on this one - sounds bit too salty for my sweet tastebuds Born on the 18th - sounds like it's good to go - down the toilet. (Now that's come up, maybe he didn't like it as it's not steeped long enough? Try it now, and even if it's good, keep sample for a couple of weeks to see if it improves )

Once upon a Time there was a girl with a very big pair of beautiful spaniel dogs who were always licking each others hairy big fat paws. The problem was the girl wanted someone in her blueberry muffin shop after closing time to guard the most prized possession, it was a big black shiny frogster recipe for a special pie. This Special Pie was abit taboo because it contained fantastical magical ingredients like, dragons blood and unicorn milk, spiders teeth and mermaids legs and lots of other stinky nasty bits!
But I digress the girl was eating chicken drumsticks in her pyjamas when suddenly a slobbery hairy spaniel decided to jump on the cat that suddenly appeared wearing a pink love heart onezie covered in cherry ice flavoured e-liquid. The cat managed to wriggle free and quickly ran out the door trying to shake her whiskers dry.
The girl screamed help, im being black cat vaped, then Chuck Norris burst into the room, in a flash he grabbed the Provari with his extra long, dual coil vapouriser! He put it in between her outstretched cool hands. But suddenly the special pie burst, and saturated Her,warm juice everywhere! Slowly dripping down all over her like Chuck Norris's evod when it blew a seal.
What a mess! Running down her neck, chin and covering her large flappy feet. Suddenly!!!! the vape fairy arrived.
Never fear gentle vapers,The Alchemist appeared! The vaped crusader was here to preach the unknown for's and against's this uprising revolution, but before he got out his enormous, heavy sack poof EU appeared! and there was a great wailing and gnashing of teeth.
Vamo in hand! and with a puff of vapour Arnie became Vaperman .... Fear not pie-face, I am here,in leopard skin posing pouch ready for your pie. Pass the whipped cream and crushed nuts, hold on tight to my humungus Vamo shaped spatula,Drat Battery Failure!!!! Case of Premature release of juice. Tank cracked due to tight grip
"Never Fear" said the little girl. "I AM SPARTA!" A secret Vendor of homemade juice (and little knicknacks) batteries not included, nor indeed, needed

Just a thought, but as he is the cash and carry trader being sued, wonder what is happening to his supplier. He said he imports (Probably from China)

you'd still have the postage costs in the UK from whoever made the order snout71. I understand that but if enough ppl order then shipping costs can be minimal. Just a thought Then, as Mev said, another £3 plus to forward it on when it's got to the UK. So you pay £3 for an item, then say £3 for a group order delivery by DHL, then an extra £1 or so for customs to check it & DHL to process the charge, then £3 for it to be sent on once here........ It doesn't really add up

I found using the coffee frother method is a lot faster and I can vape it within 30mins of making it Good job - if you left it any longer, you might forget you'd made it
