I think pointers for first steps should be simple to use & working cheap to get folk started. Also, UK based, so that there is no waiting & if needed, vendor help to hand. If someone is gadget minded, they will naturally progress, if not, they have easy to use kit that they can add to, that we all know works, as it has for us. Which brings us back to the Paradise Vape Blister Pack @ the same price as packet of stinkies. Don't buy your fags on Wednesday (or any other day for that matter). Buy this kit instead. Give it a go for a day - no stinkies (or 2 days on 1/2 ration stinkies). If at the end of this, you don't think you'll become a vaper, you've lost nowt, and could also get a couple of quid back on the classies.

Way to go Yorkshireman. Sounds (excuse the pun) like you've got them on the run. As has been said, they know there is a problem - don't worry about them mentioning lawyers - it's a trick we all use to get people to listen & back down. If you were to mention lawyers, they'd probably poop their pants. Record the conversation, agree to nothing - fight the evil scum. Wish you Good Luck this afternoon - keep us posted on how it goes

An easy answer to this could be as simple as get a blister pack from paradise vape (cheapest I know of) for about the same price or less than (depending on brand) a cig-a-like. As I posted on a thread last night, the form factor of the ego battery in this pack is only marginally larger than a cig-a-like battery, & it has everything except juice to get you away. Use this kit while you mull over the rest of the excellent infomation. Personally, having recently tried one, I'll not be recommending cig-a-like in the slightest. I know there are now evod & protank kits, etc. but my recommendation would be the same as was given to me 4 1/2 months ago - a Riva 1100 kit from vape escape. Everything you need, plus you get to try cartos & clearos, & costs less than a weeks worth of stinkies. Personally, I hated the cartos, but now I've started vaping aniseed, they're invaluable until my protank arrives

frueesI'll throw my 2 pence in here- I saw a 10-motives cig-a-like in Tescos & thought 'hhhhmmmm'. Came home to do some research & found AAEC. Plumped for a Riva 1100 kit, & I've not smoked a stinkie for 133 days. I recently had the opportunity to try a cig-a-like: to say it was shite would be an understatement. Not sure about those batteries (only 510, not ego threaded), but the battery in the paradise-vape blister-pack is only marginally bigger than a cig-a-like, and about 5 times more power - no-brainer really. In relation to the batteries you linked, not sure on the power, but: blister pack is ego threaded as well - more choice of clearos. blister pack comes with charger and clearo blister pack is cheaper lots of people here use them Actual dimensions: 85mm long & 13mm diameter - as I said, marginally bigger than a cig-a-like, but WAY better Good Luck with whatever you choose &

Wonder if the rest of the members could push it upto 100% Simple maths says no 20 people have voted 'yes', so it is impossible for 100% to vote 'no'!

ANYTHING THAT HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH SHOUTING SHOULD BE SENT TO ANOTHER PLACE
If you want to have a conversation, is that not what PMs are for? A shoutbox would lower the tone of the forum, with people using txt-speak to try and keep up. As someone mentioned, if you want this feature, go use Twitter.

I would guess that you'd need to do a hod of reviews to become a respected reviewer, then ask suppliers if they'd like you to review their products

Super-Shiny - you spoilsport! molly - Here's what I'd do in your position. Have a good read of the thread andy linked to above. Have a look through the recipes, and decide what you'd like to try. Download the EJMU calculator & have a play with it. (It's free ) Get yourself some mixing gear (which you now know what you need, as you've read the threads), including the flavours from your chosen recipes & possibly a couple more. Post on the forum what you intend to do/mix, and wait for folk to tell you if it's right or wrong. Once you've done this a couple of times, you'll know better what you're doing & have more confidence in it. Good Luck.

Those cartos you linked to are 510, surely? A bit of clicking on the website brings us here where they are shown alongside boge 510s - both being suitable for their Gemini e-cig ???

scooter1 - no probs mate. The thing I love about AAEC is the camaraderie - everyone helps everyone else to the best of their ability. It's been said before, and will be said again by many: "It's the friendliest forum I've been on" - kudos to Chrissie, all the other mods, and the members of the forum. There is less 'elitism' here than anywhere else I've ever been. (In fact, I would go as far as saying, if it does exist here, it's very well hidden) Personally, I still consider myself very much a noob, but it can help - the daft little things that I've found out are still very fresh in my memory and if that can help someone else - fantastic. Oh - I've stolen a sewing needle from mrs. fred for rewicking Happy vaping

As richieh said, like I did before, & also i think Karma, your chargers have slightly different cut-off points. I've no experience with spinners or twists, and different brands of ego batteries act slightly differently I don't think there is a problem with either charger though. As I said before (& I think DiscoDes also said) charge a battery with charger 1. See how long it lasts. Charge the same battery with charger 2. See how long it lasts. Use the charger that makes the battery last longest & if you only have 2 batteries, get a spare - paradise vape blister pack is excellent value - I'm using mine now, while I wait for all my other batteries to charge. & yes, I have sat waiting for the battery to flash - several times. In fact, I'm waiting on 2 Riva 1100's as I type (As well as waiting for 4 18350's to charge in my nitcore i4 charger) Maybe you need a mod, & a pack of batteries? My mini-lavatube is the same length as my Riva 1100s, but its VV Don't worry - all's good - maybe one of your chargers is slightly better than the other.
Roughly how long do you get from a charge on either charger?

Wall charger 2 is only 150ma( 0.15A) so not powerful enough to charge your batteries, they need 420-500ma so that wall adaptor will take a lot longer to charge a battery. That's what I initially thought, but surely that is the input current? Output is 0-5A ?
