Ordered ekowool and they've sent me plain silica instead so time to see what their customer services are like.
Also got a few rolls of wire and have finally managed to wrap something less than 2ohms.
Making clouds using ribbon wire in an RSST... After a week of some very average vaping I've got flavour and vapour. Woo Hoo.

Interesting results. I've only just started mixing and have to say I enjoyed my first batch of liquid (Which wasn't steeped or ultrasonic'd) more than the second batch which I did use an ultrasonic to speed steep. (May have more to do with my set up than the liquid) My thought is that ultrasonic is going to be good for mixing the ingredients together but only time is going to allow the flavour to develop fully. I think I need to settle on my vaping set up and stop changing everything and then I'll really be able to taste the differences in the juices I concoct. Super-Shiny I've bookmarked your syringe website ready for my next order. Personally I use a syringe as much as I can. With drops as I have difficulty counting above ten without being distracted and losing track of where I was up to. Finally strawberry, hazelnut and caramel sounds like something I'll have to try... yum

Hi there. Does anyone use one of these? If so could I have some feedback please? Ease of use, reliability, worth the money, etc? Many thanks! Dan Ease of use - Dead easy Reliability - Hasn't skipped a beat Value for money - I haven't had any experience with cheaper mods like the vamo but the SVD is solid and I'm happy with it. Pro's Operating system. The 3 button configuration means it is really easy to change settings or check stuff. Flush fitting. Everything I have sits flush on the SVD. Con's I have found myself hitting the + or - instead of the fire button {Hint use the lock function} The threads are getting better over time but when it arrived they were very scratchy. I have used the I30s and they are pretty good. Check the resistance before you fill up and vape though as the one which came fitted in mine was 4.4ohms. They are good for flavour and vapour but are thirsty and I reckon I've been using 1ml more per day since I switched from a nova.

How about trying some of the ribbon kanthal?
If it's your first order I think they give a discount so maybe a roll of the 0.4x0.1 is worth a try.
Now that I'm reading this I've just remembered the order I placed at the weekend should be coming today....

Just tried this and it's working well.
Agree with Robby it's a sod to cut without the right tools but I wrapped the frayed end with mesh and put my coil over it.
Getting great lemon & lime flavour and it hasn't stopped wicking

Until I discovered vaping in January I was reading two books a week, almost all of it fantasy.
Some good recommendations in the other comments.
GoT does seem to be one of those saga's that polarizes opinion people either love it or hate it. I do believe Pratchett is the king of comic fantasy.
I'll add a couple of other names to the list China Mieville - Weird fiction from an author I've found to have really grown since King Rat.
K J Parker is another guy I've really liked.
Joe Abercrombie has some great characters.
I should really stop watching shiney reviews and pick up a book for my commute!

I've jumped in at the cheaper end of the rebuildable market with an AGA T2 and an RSST.
Both have their good qualities and I've enjoyed the best vape using mesh on the RSST (I haven't tried mesh in the AGA yet)
However if I was just getting one I'd choose the AGA, it is a bit more fiddly to set up but - Has a better build quality - Has a glass tank - Is more flexible as you can use mesh or silica in it

I'm a firm believer in the 'If it works for you then it's right'
One of the joys of vaping is experimenting and trying out new set-ups, but I bet the majority of folks here have a set up they keep going back to.
I've just experienced a Busardo style epiphany with a Natural/RSST set-up, but that has not stopped me picking up my Jacvapour cigalike for a quick hassle free vape.
Going backwards would be reaching for an analog
So vape on Andy

Was going to have a look myself but he'd popped out to the post office and I didn't have time to hang around.
From the outside it looks fairly small but it's good to know there is somewhere nearby nearby for for emergency supplies.

I recommend getting a few different flavours. Just because you smoked menthol it doesn't mean you will like menthol eliquid and there is nothing worse than getting new kit and then not enjoying your vape because you don't like the taste.
