It's an SVD and the threads are very scratchy.
I might try the tubes in an ultrasonic cleaner and then use a little vaseline.

So I see 'Noalox mentioned a lot. What else do you good folk suggest for looking after my new shinies?

JC They really do have the answer to every question. (Warning it usually involves buying something shiney )

I've just tried my first DIY vanilla custard mix and think it's missing something so was thinking maybe I should sample a few premades. I looked on the site and they do 30ml bottles for £11.50 What flavourings and percentages did you use in your mix Pezz? I tried Skwoddy's Ambrosia from Frogsters website... Capella VC 25% Ethyl 5% Think I need to invest in some extra vanilla to get a more creamy aftertaste For a first attempt it's not half bad. If I was going to go shopping Grant's would have to be my first choice BUT then I think of all the flavourings I could get for the price of one bottle of his.

Just built a 1ohm coil with a mesh wick on a RSST.... I've tried silica on a AGA T2 But this is the best vape I've ever had. My opinion is, yes there is a learning curve to get them up and running but it's worth it. Oh and I used a fasttech torch to oxidise and it worked a treat

Hi All
As part of my ninja training I don't think I will get away with spending anymore money on mods or atty's for a while so I'm thinking of getting something to check resistances and also try and keep a handle on what charge all my loose batteries are carrying.
From what I see so far I can spend £5 or £500 for what looks like the same thing (ie box with a dial, screen and two cables sticking out of it).
Any suggestions for a reasonable one that can be used by someone who still thinks electricity is some form of black magic?

After visiting Carolina and Atlanta my parcel got to Miami on May 4th so could even be on this side of the ocean by now.
Does anyone know what the deal is with the customs folk getting their dirty paws on my shiny goods?
Am I going to get a red card type thing from Royal Mail saying I need to pay £ before they will deliver?
My order totalled $140 so how much could I get charged in import duties?

Thanks robby Not really sure what I was thinking when I got them... I need to get something for a Natural I've got coming, think I just saw protected and clicked buy! I'm fairly sure a telescoping mechanical mod will be on a future shopping list so all I need to do is remember where I put 'em.

Having sought advice from the good folk of aaec I was advised against getting one of the cheap novas. However, I was buying a few batteries and thought I might as well give one a go... (Those cunning Fasttech people just know you can never buy just one thing) It's been working fine and has air holes at the top of the 510 thread. So I guess they will not work if screwed on flush to a mod. (As a side note, the batteries I actually bought were the wrong size - Doh! Anybody know what I'm going to do with a pair of protected 18500's? Maybe I should feed the shiney addiction and buy something that they will fit in) Hi, Have you got a link to the batteries you bought? I might take them if they are good and you want to sell them? These

Pezz hestaWhat colour novas have you got? & are they spring loaded, or just proud of the 510? I've got a blue one on the way, with one of robby's special 'spring-loaded' connectors on - doesn't appear to have airholes on the 510. The red one, seems to have slots cut in it, and is flush with the 510. & the translucent one, seems to poke out a bit, but has air-holes at the top of the 510. ??? I cant believe that each colour will in fact be different. Got a clear one
