Go on then, I couldn't help a small smile. Not sure about my attitude if I have to wait as long as monomach however. Scs, I had some issues with my Vamo but not to the extent of Mono. I do hope that his issues are solved soon and is compensated for the angst and stress. The vamo was a problem buy with VB but the other items such as the phoenix dripper were extremely good value. A lot of people are very happy with this vendor but the communication between both parties needs to vastly improve which the owner I believe is making progress albeit on a tortoise scale. Good luck in trying to get your vamo problems rectified. My boss has talked to the factory, and he was told that the "02" error may be caused by the damage through shipping, or it was a result of misoperation when you put the batteries into the vamo.
When your case is the latter, the "02" occurs when you put the battery/batteries and press the biggest button on the body at the same time. The "02" is the PUB number of the manufacturer. If the vamo can't work properly after the error, you can restart it. If the vamo still can't work after the restart, you can ask us to change it for a new one.

Mono, Its the weekend, you might get a answer tomorrow when they are open. Does your wall planner look like this. Never give up, hang in there, fight for your rights. That would be really funny except I'm also waiting on resolution from VaporBreak in regards to my broken Vamo. Go on then, I couldn't help a small smile. I can confirm the refund has been received by Paypal and the dispute has been closed. Thank you. Happy to see finally things get fixed. Bygones are bygones. No matter what happened, let's just forget it and move on. We will try to offer better customer service, and hope after the new policy is put up on our website, disputes will be less in the future.

My boss told me that he remembered why he delayed to refund you.?You have raised the Paypal dispute and required a refund for all the goods you had bought, and he couldn't find a way or just too busy to ask you to change it. After all, we can't refund for the goods which are not defective. If you could exit from the paypal first(sorry I may not express myself clearly. I mean you quit the requirement for the refund for all the goods you bought), then he will refund you for the VV650 starter kit.

"Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non refundable." That's a bit out of order if something is faulty and not the customers fault. This version has been out of date, and a new one has been made already. Only it has not been put up on our website due to the fact that our admin has been occupied by other things.
