I'm going to use the 16340's I got from you Chrissie, they're still going strong. I've been told they will fit. I have some 14500's I can use too. I think Cloud9 sells the 18350's, so if need be I'll get some of those as well.

Thanks Mandy. Are you getting one? I got a telescope as well so I have more battery options. I'm still having to refresh as I need a window for my UFS.

I saw a news report about e cigs which sparked my interest, I love gadgets. I didn't really want to stop smoking but ended up switching right away. I feel a lot better and don't miss the smell, taste, stains, etc of real ciggies although I am not an anti smoker. I feel that e cigs are a much better way of getting the kick that nicotine gave me. Congrats to you on 3 weeks! |

Thanks Perpy and Scylla, the box is just a pre made thing from Maplins for modding. I don't even enjoy golf, it was my brother in laws Captains day thing. I was very relieved to get my GG back, I didn't think anyone would find it on such a huge amount of fairways. If I have to go out anywhere again I'd rather lose this £4 box mod than any of my other stuff.
I'm planning on making another one, then maybe a juice feeder then I might try a 5v and finally maybe a VV. It's nice to have options.

A couple of weeks ago I lost my beloved GG on a golf course. It had my iAtty attached so all in all about £180 or something lost. Luckily a very nice man found it and I got it back.
Anyway it encouraged me to find a cheaper PV for out and about. I went to Maplins, bought £4 worth of bits and made this. I think it resembles a walkie talkie. It works really well and was quite easy to make.
Lesson learned.

Try getting a passthrough and having a go at 5v vaping if you haven't already. It packs a punch and works really well with dual coils.
