Back in '08 I did a course of champix and I have to admit I was rough, constantly feeling sick, bloated and disturbed sleep patterns it is not a feeling I ever want to go through again, afterwards I piled on 3 stone in weight and to this day I am still trying to lose it. Within 2 years I was a smoker again so it did not work in my case, it was only afterwards I found out about more of the side-effects and at the time I was prescribed them my family gp happily wrote out the prescription had someone suggested vaping to me back then I would have chosen that option over champix any day.

The Book Thief was one of the best films of last year, and Geoffrey Rush's performance makes the film imho

I got the same email but the idiot who responded forgot to bcc all the people who complained and as I phrased it to the person that responded

"Dear Sir

Please look below this email and please be aware you have just opened yourself and your office up to a serious breach of the data protection act."

One thing I do not appreciate is my email given out like that, if people want my email and I know them then I give it to them, but I hate it being given out in this manner.

After using RBA's I switched to a rapide carto tank, and I have to say it changed the way that I vape, after a while I upped my setup to a s'n'p tank with a Sophia and now I don't use anything else unless I am trying out new juices and then and only then do I use a RDA.

If you are vaping a higher vg/pg mix then I do recommend a slotted carto as a punched one does not draw the juice good enough imho.

When I first joined the forum my handle was mrforgetful, that was purely because I have such a bad memory. I changed it not long ago to Fallen Angel as its a design I have on the back of my ww2 US A2 jacket (my avatar) that I wear for re-enacting, and casual wear which is only 1 of 5 (so totally unique) and it's the name of a business I am in the process of starting up, (more about that at a later date )
