Funnily enough I get my juice, including silk cut from Paradise Vape so looks like I will try their diy kit too.

Yes have tried lots, baileys, coffee, expresso, fruit salad, berries, apple and though I like the first couple of hits (except fruit salad which was absolutley disgusting) they all then seem to go yuk in taste and my mouth gets a bit sensitive???? Think I will definitely try the 80/20 as a start and go with silk cut, I don't think anything else will have a milder flavour than silk cut?

I am onto the stardusts now which are great, don't think its these as I have had it on and off since I started really, just seems to have got worse lately. I have tried dekang B & H which I like and it happens with, also any menthol (also give me dreadful indigestion), a couple of other tobacco flavours, but the silk cut seem to be on average the best. Is like nothing tastes smooth enough or mild enough??? difficult to describe properly!!!  |

Yes I drink loads during the day - water that is!!! But I do notice if I have not drunk enough and the vape really hits the throat. Maybe I just have a sensitive mouth!! all those years of menthol smoking! Can I buy pure VG? Is it right that I read that Dekang is stronger than other types?

Hi, Well, hubby and I have reached a year off the fags - yayyy  and he has no problems. I however have constant problems with the juice. I used to smoke menthol so tried that but it was too strong, really hurt my mouth and throat, tried many others but eventually went onto silk cut 10mg 50/50. I now find that every so often 9(throughout the day), my mouth and tongue feels a bit like i have drunk something really hot and the vape is not nice, later in the day it tastes ok. I have thought maybe I need to go down to less of the PG, as I have read this can cause problems. I was also going to go to zero nicotine as I don't think it will bother me now. Can I have some expert opinions please, I will not give up now but I know that I do need the vaping still. ??? |

Hello all, Well it seems that I have had a 'virus' and it had got a good hold. The Doc gave me some strong antibiotics and they started to work immediately. What a difference, I didn't really believe it could all be down to 'vaping'!!!! I am almost back to normal, just a bit achey and feverish but so good to be on the mend. Thanks for all the support.  |

Thanks everyone, its good to have such great support and advice. Will give it till Monday then see the Doc. Actually today is the first day without the real bad headache and only started the chills this evening. Interestingly started on a low nicotine juice last night???

Thanks for the feedback. I am wondering if I have picked up something but it just seemed a bit coincidental with the timing.
I based the possible allergy on a posting on here -
'PG - more flavour and throat hit (some are intolerant of it and cause issues) quite drying on the mouth and throat so you'll need to drink more
VG - produces more vapour and is a thicker liquid and so can have problems wicking to the atty'

Hubby and I Been vaping now for 4 weeks and all is well. Neither of us have any cravings for the weed.
But I have noticed that the last 2 weeks I have gradually been feeling yuk.
I wake with a bad headache behind the eyes and a feeling that I have not slept well and a bad ache at the back of my neck. A couple of brufen and the usual long walk with the dog eases things then I am not too bad until late afternoon. Then I start aching all over, get bad chills and general flu symptoms. By 7 I am usually quite hot to the touch (get off me hubby!!!) and I zonk out in front of the telly. Also my tongue is a bit sore and my throat is very dry - I have been drinking tons more. Sometimes depending what it is I am vaping (usually menthol/fruity or coffee) it feels like I am eating a very hot curry, very tingly and a bit sore. I am waiting for a sample of PG only to see if its some sort of reaction to VG, does anyone know if this is possible?

Hi, Just been trying out the 510 t atties for the first time. They seemed quite good, very easy to fill and good to carry around. But they do seem a bit weaker than the clearomizers and after about half hour I started to get a tiny bit of juice in my mouth. I filled it by removing the bung and did not overfill??? Should I try and rinse it out and start again or do I need to use a new one?

Unfortunately she does not live nearby so I cannot help her out at all. I have just got some 510t atties which are easy enough to fill and presumably do not get cleaned out? do they just give up? SO those with an ego or ego t battery is probably the best bet. Would that lay out come as a starter kit?
