Mixing my own juices I have about 20 or so carts filled and I label mine using stickers with the name of my juice on, so I always know whats what.

As Jason said Mallic Acid should definitely give you the bitterness your after. I havn't as yet used it myself, but will be trying some, however I will be using the crystals and dissolving some in PG myself, that way I can find my own sweetness.
Be careful when using sweeteners as sugar is not good for your equipment, or for that matter your lungs. TPA do a sweetner which you can get from LF that should be fine.

I believe you can purchase glass bottles from Boots and certain chemists. I get mine from a friend who works in the pharmaceutical supplies industry.

I would also recommend storing your juices in glass bottles if you plan on keeping them for longer than 6 months, I keep my Nic juice in glass bottles and store it in the fridge.
Flavourings, PG and VG can be kept for a couple of years quite safely, after which I personally would replenish them, although I've heard that PG and VG can be kept indefinitely.
I've never frozen juices myself but believe it is quite OK to do so.
As for sell by dates, I mix my juices fresh anyway and never mix in bulk so don't see any need for any time limits.
As mentioned keep all juices out of the light and heat and they will last a long, long time.

I think you'll find that it will be OK to use, it will just take longer to charge your battery.
.5A is the same as 500mA

I use Vodka to clean my connectors and threads and they don't half come up a treat. Improves the vaping experience no end.

I have been careful whenever I've ordered LorAnn flavourings to make sure that they are water or alcohol based. The ones I've used are :
English Toffee, Butter Rum, Mint Choc Chip, Cinnamon Roll, Keoke Coffee, Pralines and Cream, Black Walnut.
All of the above are perfectly safe to use. However due to shipping costs because of buying in bulk I now source my flavourings from other sources i.e. F'art, TPA.

Yes they are perfectly OK to use, I don't know why they call them oils as there are very few that are oils and they are highlighted as containing oil.
So you can go right ahead and use them with confidence.

Ah but ian your Dual Coils are 2 x 1.5ohm so technically they are 3ohm they just draw more power than single coil 3ohm.

I only use 3ohm cartos as I find that 20ohm and 1.5ohm diminish the flavour for me. With 3ohm it makes no difference to voltage you can use both 3.7v and 5v
2ohm and 1.5ohm are regarded as LR and should only be used at 3.7v only otherwise they will burn out.
