Correct. Also, the higher the wire gauge the higher the ohms.

I've always thought that heating up food flavourings with 100+ watts of power and inhaling directly into the lungs is where any long term harm might lie. I'm happy to get by with 9 watts of MTL, with the occasional nose exhaust to get a flavour hit - but each to his/her own if it keeps you off the fags.

I bought a litre of 72mg nic from Darkstar end of October for £40. Today, one month later and after the November TPD deadline it's come down to £31. Go figure Take heart that soon it won't be available at all, and £40/L is still a great price. Personally, my brother and I have just bought 5L from EL at about £38/L, because we know it's source; whereas DS don't say who makes their nic in the US. Everything Liquid's website states Manufactured at a WHO GMP licensed and US FDA approved pharmaceutical production plant based in Switzerland
Darkstar says We source the highest quality pharmaceutical grade product from the United States
Not much difference between these two statements, unless I'm missing something.
Currently 1 litre Everything Liquid PG nic is £43.99, whereas in VG it is priced at £59.99 compared with Darkstar's £30.99

Juicy Vapor Tribute is a lychee and pear juice. Only Switch2-ecigs import it and it's flipping expensive, but rather tasty.

It costs a one-off charge of £150 per SKU to notify the MHRA, with an annual fee of £60 per SKU. So, 50 flavours at 3 nicotine strengths is 150 SKUs One-off charge is 150 x £150 = £225,000 Annual fee is 150 x £60 = £9,000 The fees are in this document near the bottom. www.gov.uk/guidance/e-cigarettes-regulations-for-consumer-products* SKU = stock keeping unit Hmmm.. One Fifty times One Fifty is Twenty Two Five isn't it? 150 X 150 = 22,500. Where is the additional £202,500 coming from? Cheers I Apologies - you are absolutely correct so ignore my error. I don't know how lobeydosser juice supplier arrived at £225,000 - same screw up in calculation as me ? Edit: I can only think that there is a cost to pay an approved laboratory to test each juice variant.

Interesting. My understanding of TPD is that only retailers can sell existing non compliant stock (30ml bottles, over 20mg nic etc.) after 20th November, with no need to notify the MHRA. As a manufacturer T-Juice must have notified (at a cost) the MHRA about any non compliant nicotine juices they will be selling after that date. Probably explains why some of the less popular flavours are only going to be available as 0mg concentrates in order to save on the notification costs. These guys need all the support that they can get to avoid the slippery slope that other UK juice vendors are disappearing down. I hope all you vapers have got your plans in place to weather the shitstorm that's coming over the next 6 months.

10 pence per ml = £1 for 10ml. Might as well buy from onepoundeliquid. Not started DIY yet but my fag packet calculations lead me to believe it can be done for about 50p for 10ml using one shot concentrates. The concentrate itself is about 75% of the cost.

I've noticed that some UK juice vendors (Manabush for example) have started giving discounts if you buy three 10ml bottles, bringing the price down closer to their 30ml bottles. Must be difficult for these guys - they don't want to be left with a shed load of 30ml bottles come May 2017.
