Each day this week, leading up to Easter, JAC Vapour have hidden Easter eggs on product images on our website; simply find an egg on the site, tell us on FB where you found it and if you’re the first to post the correct hiding place for the egg then the prize is yours.

Monday's JAC Easter Egg Hunt prizes are:

As others have said, obviously check all the usual stuff first. Is the coil screwed in tightly? Also check to make sure that the base of the Evod 2 tank is aligned properly. If it's been inaccurately machined, the coil may be seated at a slight angle, creating a gap. You should be able to establish this by eye.

It's also possible the that rubber chimney seal on the coil has been depressed, which is creating a leak. What you can do is double up on this rubber by taking the cap from another (preferably used) coil and placing it on the current coil. See the image below for a better idea of what I mean.

I've noticed the same thing. From poking around at it, it looks like the Pyrex tube isn't sitting flush on top of the airflow adapter, so that it sits higher on one side. If you apply a little pressure on the airflow ring, you'll probably see e-liquid being forced out through the gap.

Not sure how to fix it, though something like vaseline might work as a stop-gap. Think it's just down to a machining issue.

Sorry to hear that you had trouble with the PCC djs. Do you remember which model you were using?

We've expanded our range quite a bit since then, and while we still offer some 808 hardware, including a PCC and our V3i batteries, the majority of our customers have since switched to our 510 range. We've also recently added the Series-E, which I've posted in the past, and we're looking at other products we can offer in future. We know that many customers (and probably more so now than ever before), are moving on to mods, variable wattage devices, RBAs etc, so this is probably an area we'll examine further in 2015.

We're also hoping to launch a few other stores across the UK in 2015, Leeds were just lucky enough to get the first one.

As the nights draw in, and with Halloween just around the corner, Stoptober is in full swing. Sounds like all the main points have been covered already, but I'd reiterate the same advice. The connection between the pin and the top of the battery is going to be the root problem in most cases. The pin either isn't making contact properly, or the tank has been screwed on too tightly, causing the MVP to short out and fail to 'read' the atomiser. On an Ego style battery, this usually will have the effect of causing the LED to flash when you attempt to use it.

If the tank is on too tight simply loosen it off until it is just finger tight, check to make sure that it now fires correctly, then use the beauty ring to take up any slack.
