Thanks, Pep. The thought of you getting nic poisoning is quite worrying...good job you realised what was happening! Oddly, I'm a writer and I actually killed someone off with nicotine poisoning - twas a suicide, and she collected ciggie butts (in prison), soaked them in water and drank the fluid! Killed her! Made me feel a bit dodgy just thinking about it, but it was a very well know form of murder back in the day I feel quite a bit better today - the new juice that arrived a couple of days ago was from a different supplier, and it came in a 30ml bottle. I bought it as Hangsen Gold/Silver 24mg but it's not labelled as such. I'm just wondering if it's not the Hangsen one and that's why I feel better? It's definitely different. I was about to toddle off to Boots to get some of their Vg, but hopefully I won't need to now. I've also been reading a lot more on here and I think I will now get my juice from JooseJuice (sp). I never for one moment realised that Vaping would give me so many options...and fun! Thank you for your comments and advice

Thanks Jane. You've just cleared up another 'wonder' of mine. I thought VG meant vegetable Glycerine Ok so I've just bought a 30ml bottle of my fave juice and I need to work out how to mix in some more VG...? Oh I hope someone in the know can help me here. I haven't got a clue with all this methodolgy and mixology Onwards and upwards, then!

Hangsen liquids are 80% PG - it's certainly a possibility that you've developed a small intolerance to it. I don't know much about tobacco flavours, but others may be able to suggest some suitable alternatives that can be bought with a higher VG ratio. Oh thanks so much for that. Bugger! I've just received my latest order of the Hangsen... Hopefully someone could recommend another tobacco flavour with a higher VG or maybe I could write another post? I'm still very new at all this - did you guess?? Anyway thanks again for your help.

Thanks Kiwi and Ionian. Looks like maybe the PG thing...I don't know the level of PG in the liquid I'm vaping - it's the Hangsen gold and silver 24mg...I had better toddle off and find out about the PG % . It does feel like an allergy thing - not a typical sore throat, but feels like my throat is closing up - same with nose. No soreness...very odd. But thanks guys.
Kiwi - hope you feel better soon too. Soap tasting vapes - ewwww

I started to feel a bit peculiar yesterday - well, more peculiar than normal, and wondered if I had vaped a bit too much? Is this possible? Anyone else had any weird symptoms ever? I actually feel as though I have an invisible hand on my throat, gently squeezing and oddly, feel the same sort of thing on my nose ??? Tbh I feel a bit crook and was coughing in bed last night. (Haven't coughed for weeks!) I feel just a tad p*ssed off too, because everything was going so well and I've be so chuffed with everything. It may not be anything to do with vaping, of course, it maybe this coldy thing that is going around, but the sensations are very odd and not anything that I've experienced before. Anyone else had any odd things happen, or is it just me?

I started with the cigalikes and didn't do too well, but I desperately needed to stop smoking or at least cut down. Found this fab forum and got some great advice and bought my first ego...that was in December last year. Unfortunately I had a lot of stress and soon went back to the stinkies. I was furious with myself, but couldn't understand how everyone on here had 'done it' and were living better quality lives and I wasn't! Did more research and then realised that I wasn't using the correct strength of nicotine! Started again - with huge excitement, I must admit, in early March - says so on my banner. And YES! Done it! Have not smoked a single stinkie since. I'm on 24mg at the moment but I'm OK with that for the time being. I VApe Tobacco flavour during the day and then, after dinner and usually a couple glasses of wine, I make a coffee and have a chocco-mint vape. I LOVE it and the benefits? Well, like everyone else has said, I feel alive again. I'm down to using my inhalers maybe twice a week; my blood/oxygen absorbtion is up to 98 per cent (astham nurse couldn't believe it) and I no longer snore like a dirty old docker! The cough has gone, but the oddest thing is; people keep telling me how well I look and how lovely my skin is! I'm 57 (A young one, I have to add - no way I'm growing old gracefully thank you!) and I've NEVER had good or nice skin. What a bonus! A bit of honesty now. My son, who is 25 and has had the occassional stinkie told me ages ago about e-cigs and I poo-pooed it as rubbish. That was about 3 years ago. He's also had the v occassional 'naughty' smoke - hell, he tells me everything ??? Anyway, a couple of weeks ago he told me he had bought an evo, same as mine, because he wanted to try out some of the flavours - no nicotine - but just different flavours as he hoped he would find it relaxing. He's the one that introduced me to chocco-mint! I know he uses it a couple of times a week when he gets back from the gym or running...but as far as he is concerned, nicotine is a big no-no! So I'm not sure whether he's been encouraged to vape becuase of me, or not, or whether I was because of him? Hey-ho. Anyway, a big thank you for this forum. Had I not had found you, I would most definitely still be smoking...Cheers m'dears! ps - we have a few visitors recently and they have all commented on how lovely my house smells.

Tried the pinocolada yesterday - it's made by Dekang and have to report, not pleasant. Nope, not pleasant at all In the bin it went. Ewww I have to admit. I have long-since stopped buying/trying anything by Dekang other than the tobacco-type e-liquids. Same for Hangsen, although I still want to try the lemonade. I can also tell (never having vaped it before) if a tobacco flavour is Hangsen or Dekang. How can I put it?... like you just know when some new chocolate is Cadbury or Galaxy based. Oh thanks for the heads up. As I'm still a newbie, I thought the Hangser Gold/silver tobacco flavour was quite good. Oh dear...I've just bought three more bottles. I'll be so pleased when I get the hang of this vaping Oh well, onwards and upwards, eh?

Hi Mark I asked my husband to come and see you today to get a replacement clearomiser (sp) and he said you two had a good chat. He also bought a couple of the larger batteries from you (for a birthday present for me) and just wanted to say thanks. They are great. I'm a very happy girl and he is eternally grateful that I found you and your great shop. His wallet has heaved a hugh sigh of relief

I do wish everyone luck with their moves. It's so stressfull, I know. We are on the move again after 7 years; unfortunately, last year my husband had to take a substantial pay cut - he was an IT Contractor - but the company he was working for offered him a permie, which is great. Just means we can't really afford to stay here, although, now our son has moved out, in all honesty the house and the garden are too big for us. Anyway, to cut a very long story short, last year (golly it was a terrible year - we all get them, i know...) our neighbour decided to blackmail us! 40 years ago this house we are in now was extended and apparantly, according to the neighbour, nicked a couple of feet of his land. 40 years ago. Hmm...This neighbour wasn't even in situ then, the lady was, but he wasnt. So he marched out last year, after he had seen the photographer for the estate agent, and told me that unless we paid him 2k for the land and ALL legal fees, he would inform any prospective buyer that the property was in 'dispute'. He also said that he would have no option but to inform the estate agents as well...I can't even begin to mention what a state I was in then... We got a solicitor who basically said, 'pay him!' but I baulked at that and with everything else that was happening with my elderly mum and dad, and my son and our finances, I had a huge hissy fit and withdrew the house from the market. During that time I have spoken to other solicitors, chartered surveyors etc and done everything I can to prove we don't owe this guy anything. Everyone we have spoken to has said he's off his rocker and to ignore him but...I even phoned the police and told them all and they said that yes, whilst it was blackmail, it was civil blackmail and not criminal blackmail, but that if he did come on to our property, we were to phone them and we could have him arrested, charged for harrassment. Anyway, a couple of weeks ago I found documentation to basically prove that we are not to be held accountable and told this piece of...man how wrong he was. He didn't believe us and said that a crime is a crime regardless of how old it is! We've heard nothing from him since, but I'm still very concerned that when our house goes on the market in a month or so, he's going to make trouble. We need to sell the property. Hey-ho. Life! Thank god for e-cigs Best of luck to everyone else on here. I hope it goes as smoothly as possible for you all.
