I must say on the whole there was more positive from the program. But in my opinion the couple of minutes showing the woman claiming ecigs killed her husband because they contained "oil" did more damage than we could ever imagine. Why was there no counter argument to assure her there is no oil in ecigs. Totally agree. That 2 mins ruined the entire program. Shame really.

The spools they use ain't great. Once tape taken off wire can go everywhere if your not careful. I made some nicks in spool with a knife first so had something to 'tie off' on once used. Cheapest I could find though and quick service. You take off one "round" then pull the wire back into the slot and cut off. You might use a little more than you wanted, but the wire stays neat and for the price it doesn't matter if you use a few cm more each time.

I wasn't chuffed, but my wife (who doesn't vape, but knows alot about it) thought it was a decent piece to give basic info to the uninformed. Some bad bits, some good bits. I think it could have been a hell of a lot worse.
Shame they couldn't give 5 minutes to Dave Dorn, it would have put our entire argument over.

Regardless of the outcome, I think you should have walked away when asked, I have done martial arts (20 years ago) and this is what we were always taught.
However I wasn't there and don't really know the situation in real terms. I can imagine if you were trying to explain what you were doing and the security guy came at you while this was going on, you had a reason to defend yourself.
But, I don't think this should fall into the "ecigs vs the world" scenario, more a security guard who is obviously bad at his job and too enthusiastic about throwing his weight around.
Can we just remember here, a person (no matter how obnoxious and physical) has been hurt and has lost his job. A family disaster in the making. I hope he learns from this and goes on to a better life.

Just signed up to have a look around but to be honest I wouldn't buy on the principle that I refuse to shop anywhere that deigns to allow me to become a customer, I mean wtf is that about? Yes mr Poochops your custom fits in with our expansion plans this month so we've had a vote and decided to let you in. Feck off, condescending idiots. Grrrr. I can see both sides here, if they are snowed under and someone might be ill for all we know, then closing new business to new customers doesn't seem a bad idea. But it does look a bit daft from the customer side and counter productive, as some people may get a little put off by the attitude. They aren't really doing anything that top atty producers are doing, we can't produce as much as you want, so supplies are limited. I've never heard of them before tbh, so don't understand any hype.

I think life insurance and ecigs have a lot of talking to do with each other, the results will take many years to sort out. We need a life insurance separate area I think. This could save, or cost, members alot of money, hearing from others, which companies take into consideration vaping and which ignore it, could be very important. It could even make some members realise their cover, may not actually cover them. Chrissie could you take a look and see what you think. I know I need to look at my LI again, I'm still paying for a smoker, while I haven't smoked for 2 years, which is crazy on the face of it, but last time I looked at it, vaping wasn't even considered by the insurance companies, now it will be changing all the time. Womble, maybe a pinned thread here in the Lounge or Members only ? I would think in the members only would be a good place. I'm surprised at the lack of interest in the others, this could really save you alot of money, you should shop around for your life insurance to start with and now we might be bringing a database for you to find companies that will offer you good rates because you area vaper. Must be good sense all round?

No it's not, it might smell like that though . It's a tobacco base with lots of flavours I can't even start to describe. Really is like nothing I have ever tried before. Very very good and I don't like overly sweet juices.

I was vaping this yesterday in the car with the kids (I only had a couple of puffs with them in the car and the window was open, just in case someone was worried about it) and my daughter said "what are you vaping Dad" , "smells like cornflakes covered in golden syrup and honey". Ladies and gentlemen, I give you Gumpys hooch.

Look on fleabay at completed auctions, you will get an instant idea of what games are going for. It can be worth selling on ebay if you can be bothered, I like to do buy it now auctions, you can often sell for higher than a normal auction if you price it right, plenty of people don't like waiting.

Such a shame this couldn't be sorted by the original seller daleson , be sure to notify ECR of the problem with this piece of work. As I believe he is also a member on there and would hate to see someone else be taken for a ride on a larger scale. Tricky one ballsy ,, yes we all want for this guy to do one But what happens when he rejoins under a different username and no one knows him from Adam Hide ip readily available for free these days Unfortunatly cyber scammers are hard to be rid of these days .. Let's just hope this was a one off act of desperation and not the work of a common crook My thoughts about the new IP name as well. Desperation... I know that if I was in real trouble, ie I couldn't feed the kids, or I couldn't afford to put diesel into the car to get to work, I could ask my friends on here.. and they would help, I'm sure they would. I probably wouldn't ask, (ok maybe the kids not eating I would) but I know someone on AAEC would help in some way. That's what has always made us different and has always drawn us together. Wanting to make some free money is not desperation, if people want to become part of the AAEC community, they will be, quite quickly. We have always looked after our own and will continue to do so I hope. I have seen so many acts of generosity on AAEC, I hope we never give in to the scumbags who cruise for something free, or even worse.
