The better 3/4's and I both have the "Asus Eeepad Transformers, TF101" Des with a shared dock, awesome machines! The work laptops rarely get opened at home now and it's amazing how this seems to tidy the whole house up, after years and years of power bricks and cables trailing all over the shop! Stick a charge in it on the bedside table and you are good to go all day. No 3G but easily tethered.

Cheers.... It's not a show stopper, will wait until I make a juice order or something, just would have been nice to capture it under the 5.50 UKP postage umbrella.....

I wanted to pop in an adapter I had overlooked and top up the payment with Paypal....my mistake entirely, no doubt the bloke was busy... On a positive note, I had a similar adapter issue a few months back and a vendor jumped in and offered to send one across FOC, so he got my next order, it's swings and roundabouts... I'm happy, just saying the 8+ bucks is not too savage in your instance Oh! & Jimmy Bat sends me juice and stuff with no postage (shameless plug)

Or you would expect the courtesy of your e-mails answered at the very least

That's not bad for shipping folks, for example I just paid 5.50UKP shipping to one of our more vociferous vendors on here, UK-France, an SDK and a single Clearo, how much would they weigh? My choice you may say, which it was, but when I don't get an answer to e-mails I just kinda sigh and think...you won't get another penny outa me matey It's your hard earned, ya does what ya want with it

A large Bailey's dumped into a coffee does it for me, or on a hot day an ice cold Kriek Cherry Beer.....

In my considerable experience on boards, once they start to become regimented/heavily policed folk smell a rat and drift away, all that is left are folk trying to flog stuff.... My opinion of here was first and foremeost to chat/help/inform each other, the vendors being as much a part of it as anyone else as "enthusiasts"...but hey! I thought that when I first joined TW and I couldn't have been further from the truth

"Sci-Fi vaping meet ...count me in" I remember reading one of the Ian M Banks "Culture" novels some time ago, in it he described one of the characters as smoking a non carcinogenic cigarette, I sighed thinking "if only"........ couple of years later

Well put Des, I used to find myself rebuilding the Bulli all the time just because I could and wanted to practise/tinker. (broke one in the process!!) Never really felt much of a difference in performance after I got it "right", now the novelty has worn off I can go for weeks.

Ordered! The progress lately in equipment available is absolutely awesome! In a matter of months the cost prohibitive Provari has been superceded by the Lavatube and now seemingly the Bulli with this...luvvin' it....

"On the harm caused by passive smoking. if one follows the evidence and not the propaganda, the jury is still out." Not with Roy Castles widow it's not..
