I really like the Super Six - it's proved to be every bit as well made as I thought it was, totally reliable and versatile. I still prefer the SD for ergonomics, but the S6 is joy to use.

I use the 4081 atty (with a 901-4081 adapter) from time to time on my SDs and Super Six. I use the "double carts" that Abe sells on LF with them - I like the 4081 - good hit and also flavour. On a mod I rate it higher than a 510 (but I still use 901 attys most)

Happy to sample any mainly tobacco flavours and give feedback - I do it for others and I like to be even handed

I estimate I have a year or so in stock - if we haven't found a way round the problem within a year, I suspect it is a lost cause... But I think a solution WILL emerge

The Nano charger comes highly "trog recommended" There is no doubt in my mind that slow charging is more effective (plus everything I have read says it is safer too). What I really like about the the Nano is that as batteries get old and tired they "go green" noticeably faster in the Nano (with a fast charger this would much less noticeable) than a battery in good condition. I therefore know it's time to buy some more...

The problem with the word "Libertarian" is that it has become monopolised by the right-wing - particularly in the US. There is actually a long and honorable tradition of left-wing libertarianism - I would describe myself (don't be shocked) as a "Marxist Libertarian"

One thing I've noticed is that those having problems have "new" Mk1 SDs with the Mk2 style "screw-on" button - one thing that can be an issue here is the point where the screw that holds the button on makes contact with the battery - I'd urge giving the top of that screw a really good cleaning.
I've never had a single problem with my "old" Mk1 - I make sure I give a regular clean, but thats only once a week. When you DO clean - get a strip off a business card or similar an stick it down between where the atty screws on and the SD body - its surprising how grubby it gets down there.
An SD should, with an RN4075 atty, vape like a regular 901 e-cig on top form for hours - if it isn't, something isn't right...
I've noticed - tired old batteries - give a wimpy vape Bad atty to SD contact does the same but this shouldn't be a problem with every atty unless the SD is filthy Tired or duffish attys can do the same. Using 901 carts with RN4075 attys causes some people problems - filler is "short"
