*welcome*from another newbie here, you have found the best and friendliest forum.
I think this is a great time to start vaping with the range and quality of kit and liquids about. I started with an evod starter kit which I am still using everyday but slowly adding to my collection as and when funds allow!
I didn't plan to stop smoking. After about 3 weeks of vaping and smoking I realised one morning that I had gone 2 days without a smoke.

linkWas this the thread you were looking for? I found this this when I was first looking at switching. There are so many variables as stated above it is really hard to do a direct comparison. For example, lifestyle, equipment, enjoyment of flavours, absorption rates and you can vape in places you couldn't or wouldn't smoke in.

There is a older thread liquid-strength-guide that talks about nic levels in eliquid and how that relates to cigarettes. There were lots of discussion that it could only provide a rough guide but looking at it as newbie, I thought I would be vaping about 2ml of 18mg. Until you start vaping it is hard to understand the variables such as vaping equipment, work, lifestyle and a  great flavours. The report helped me understand the newbie problem I had and also understand why the new EC rules may make switching to vaping harder for some in the future. |

Hi wolfvape, a warm from another newbie here. Hoping that you vaping experience is smoother now, some new clearo's (liquid tanks) take a few puffs to smooth out the the taste after filling and I try to always leave mine for about 15 mins before vaping when I refill. Sounds like you bought a great kit to start. I liked the look of those just wish the battery life was longer for me! As you can see this is an amazing helpful friendly place. |

Personal Revelation: So after vaping 35 minutes I've only had one fag (but without the other 4000 toxins), plus as I have reduced my nicotine level from 18mg to 13mg then I haven't even had one fag in that 35 minutes. I used to smoke 18mg fags before. Sounds good to me  I don't know whether to laugh, cry, take up smoking or quit vaping. I never vape for longer than 5 minutes, so now I'm stumped.  This made me laugh, as long as you are happy with your vaping then it's all good. I think the report highlights why the EC are bonkers and may also help us newbie vapers find a satisfying vape....till the changes anyway. |
