Welcome to the forum dean. I'm just about to sign off to go back to work so forgive the short post but check the absolute beginners / new to vaping sticky threads on here to help get started. IMO I would recommend you look at a Riva/Ego e-cig with a higher batter rating (minimum 650maH) to get a decent battery life - the riva 1100 is great and a battery charge should keep you going all day.
Once you have found something you like don't go rushing to order it - check back here for any discount codes / cheaper suppliers

Just posting to show what I've saved as an ex 40+ a day smoker although my stats are based on just 40 a day so probably saved more than this.
I did have a spreadsheet on what I'd spent as well but haven't kept that up and can't be bothered trawling through past order confirmations to check but it is no way anywhere near what I've saved
So financially I'm well up on the deal although as with many others, that money saved does seem to have diverted off into other avenues of spending as well so the bank balance doesn't seem to be improving much!

This probably makes me a bit boring, but I've tried four flavours so far and I have to say my favourite is good old fashioned Deluxe Tobacco . Nothing boring about that Mazz . . . I've a Vaping ' convert ' friend who only really enjoys Menthol, I gave them some of my precious Butterscotch . . . only to later discover that they'd added some Menthol Crystals to it, as it needed ' beefing ' up apparently.  Not as boring as me - I only vape menthol (no, I am not the butterscotch butcher). I've given up trying other flavours cos at best I don't enjoy them at worst just the smell of them makes me heave. I am very envious of the rest of you that get to enjoy vaping variety. |

Odd that she's more concerned about the e-cig than the NRT products.
Nicorette QuickMist spray contains 1mg of Nicotine, Propylene Glycol, Anhydrous Ethanol, Trometamol, Poloxamer 407, Glycerol, Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate, Levomenthol, Mint Flavour, Cooling Flavour, Sucralose, Acesulfame Potassium, Hydrochloric Acid, Purified Water.
So thats alcohol and hydrochloric acid to start with that arent in ejuice which is PG/PEG and/or VG, nicotine and food flavourings.
So which one seems to have more chemicals and more potential to be a nasty?
Oh and don't forget the maximum permitted dosage on the quickmist is just 64 squirts in 24 hours.

You would also need to ensure that every bottle sent is labelled at least with the juice name, supplier and liquid strength and preferably a hazard logo. I don't like the idea of unlabelled bottles with juice in being left hanging around anywhere.

Hello Yummy and welcome to the forum. It is all rather confusing to start with reading about batts, carts, atomisers, cartos etc but it will click into place and until it does just ask all the questions you want to. You can guarantee if you post a question, there will be plenty of other forum visitors thinking it as well
