Debbie13 thanks for this! I've been following your experiences in searching for juices on your other threads so I know what a struggle you've had at times! I've been so impressed by your tenacity and perseverance. Today is another day and I'm having another go (Although I gotta remember to order my weekly food shopping - got so caught up with all things vape yesterday that I forgot, so it's sandwiches for tea tonight!! Wahh!)

How long did it take your tastebuds to come back babs ? I wasn't smoking a great deal before I tried vaping, I'd got it down to 5 - 10 skinny rollies a day but I have smoked all my adult life (apart from 5 years in my early 40s) and I'm 52 now. I was kinda hoping that the damage wouldn't be too bad, as when I gave up before my tastebuds sprang into action pretty soon after I quit.

Perpetua you and babs may well have a point about the iclear 16s and the metal taste thing. These are definitely gonna be on my next shopping list. There has been method to my madness in my choice of tanks so far, I promise! But I may have been trying to run before I can walk and trying out too many new things at once. I'm currently chugging reasonably happily on my original ego 1100 with t2s which are top coil and plastic/polycarbonate drip tip and tank, and the 60/40 pg/vg mocha juice from jj. Back to basics and I'll see how I go

I'm a noob so can't offer any practical advice, but 'thingy' is about as technical as I get too! (Have you tried a whatsit on your oojah instead? Heard it gives a great vape... )

Hmmm... think I might try mixing some things together too, might help salvage some of the ones I'm not so keen on. Another night tho, too tired to be arsin about with it any more tonight lol

Ok so I've got the Dark Cherry on the go... a bit weird cos I can smell it but the taste is less pronounced. Can smell marzipan but not taste it til after I've exhaled as a kind of aftertaste and it's only slight. More flavoursome generally on the exhale than drawing in. Still very weak tho. Better than the others. Less in the way of throat hit, but then the throat thing often dies away for me after I've got through the first 10-15 mins.

I should say, both these are 50/50 12 mg

Irish Cream... I can taste the cream but not the irish lol Again, weak, wee bit sickly.

Still getting a kind of artificial taste with both of them. What flavour there is is very subtle and .. there's almost a kinda scented aftertaste.

Can't believe I can STILL taste metal!!

It's weird CaptainChaos Maybe they've still not steeped enough? I have read other reviews of jj juices that people have found them weak, and left them a bit more, and they've improved. Maybe that's what we should do?
