Alright
Montana , we have something coming in at the beginning of next week from Epic Juice called Yosi there description goes like this A smooth and sweet vanilla Cavendish tobacco blend with hints of Caramel.
I didn't really get a chance at Vapefest to try the Yoshi, at least I don't think I did , lol , I did like the Fraho which they do ( as I made a note of it on my phone ) , but I was kind of put off at the time by the guy/company that was at Vapefest selling Epic Juice as I found him just a little pushy , and as we all know , you need a little time with a flavour and not someone talking AT you while your decipher if it's a flavour you like straight away , or something that wood be a grower or an evening vape.
This leads me nicely in to a question for Epic Juice AND other large US and UK juice manufacturers.WHY do the NOT have their NEW juices on their OWN web site , but resellers do, that makes NO sense at all. When looking at other flavours , as we all do, I go to the main web site first and see what they describe it as , what the PG/VG ratio is ( large UK company has got this wrong , more in a min ) , if they do concentrates , as this is my next step. These are the things that ALL manufacturers AND resellers need to think about when constructing their web sites. Then I look at reviews from respected reviewers of what they thought of the juices.SO, if they don't have their new juices on their web site , then why ??? Are they No good , are they in fact old ones , or what ?
Now, back to PG/VG ratio. For some of us this ratio is important as some have allergies to PG and some of us need a slightly higher VG content ( I've now found that VG in a very high concentration takes the flavour away and I like a strong flavour ) , so when looking at a resellers site for Epic Juice in the UK I found it amazing that they have this information the wrong way round for ALL of the Epic Juice on their site.
I know I have mentioned this on another thread somewhere , can't find it when I want to , lol , BUT , Epic Juice is not alone in the "New liquids not listed on their web site" category.
Probably the most followed E-Liquid manufacturer in the UK , T-Juice , had 3 new juices at Vapefest and it's now been well over a month now since the event and no mention of them on their site and only ONE mention of them from a re-seller.WHY ?? If it were me , I would have had a comments form either to physically to fill in and post AND an online comments form to fill in to see what kind of reaction the people had with these new flavours.I would find it a waste of money making new juices and the trial and error that goes along with that , the labels , the people at Vapefest they had making and giving out these juices etc etc etc , I think you need to strike while the iron is hot , otherwise people forget and move on.
One last thing , while I'm having a mini rant this morning , is this , I think the industry as a whole needs to standardise which way round the PG and VG go when listing them , I myself have made a mistake on one of my posts, and got it corrected , by an admin no less , but this NEEDS to happen , I think ALL juices need to , where they are listed ( as some companies DON'T list their PG/VG ratio at all ) , need to say PG first and VG second. To give a couple of example 70/30 PG/VG and 20/80 PG/VG. I have often looked at juices and though "I like the sound of the flavour , the ration looks right for me, let's order that" , then when I go to adjust the nicotine content , something catches my eye , it's not obvious , so I'll re read it.Then it becomes apparent that some companies put it the other way round.I'm sure I'm not the first to have done this and I'm 100% certain I won't be the last. It's just a small thing , but the only thing that I can see in E-Liquid and needs a standard way of writing the description.
Rant over for now , *goes off to make tea and vape*
Andy
Enjoyed your rant Andy but i was hoping there might be something to do with cinnamon bakery flavours in the post
