Hi smokin100516 I find this forum is great as well, for same reasons that you state. After not posting for quite a while (as work was overflowing) its was good to come back and see that most of guys and girls were still around and posting good advice and handy tips for all newcomers to vaping. After nearly 1 1/2 year vaping and mixing my own, there is still new things to find out from people here. Enjoy your stay

Thats Good Work Ripshod. Like that you are listing The Power and resistance capabilities of each battery. Am i right in saying you've accounted for some 'headroom' so that the battery is not stressing to much?

Hi hijack ! certainly is a great deal cheaper. Sure is! I did what you've just done and and put a starter kit together, I thing it was 100mlx72mg PG, 500ml PG&VG and an assortment of syringes etc. hope you got one of these. The 30ml syringe with the plastic long tube needle. The most used out of them all, you wont get VG to go through, the thin metal needles(not without a hell of a fight) I haven't looked back. First time is a bit of a fiddle as you are learning on the job. After a few mixes you'll start to change the order you do things, so as not to make a big mess in the process. I have found starting with the flavoring is best, then you can usually use same syringe and needle for the PG-Nic, Then on to the Big syringe and plastic Needle for PG. Last but not least, the VG, Messy stuff so leaving this till last will save you a big clean-up at the end. When finished I have the 2 syringes that i can then clean up under the tab. Minimal Mess. Starting with the thinnest and so on, you save having to clean between liquids. VG will run out first so get a couple of 200ml bottles from Boots in the high street and pour into the 500ml bottle if thats what you got the VG in leaving you a couple of nice glass bottles. (its labeled 'vegetable glycerin' , child medication for soar throats.). Happy Days.

Some times no matter how aware you are, accidents happen. Was paying off some of my credit card and needed my debit card, you know the drill. So off i went for a rumage. Couple of minuets later, came back with card to find this. (that was after i knocked the mod over to stop it) It wasn't as bad as it fist looked though. Inside the mod was dry, battery looked ok and dry, even had 3volts still left in it. By the color of the juice, that must have come out the air hole, I have a rebuild to do later.

What juices are they? Btw you need to spend more LoL yeah I probably do, but its given me a chance to spend on other things, like a new tablet and Bluetooth speakers in lounge and bedroom. The juices are my ADV, an even mix of Virginia, vanilla custard and butterscotch. 1 was made about 7 weeks ago, the lighter was made a few days ago with the last of my VC and butterscotch and I used the last of my Virginia as well in it. I guess I should think about trying a new flavor as well

The only thing I haven't got is a bottle to mix it in ?? I guess I can pick up a cheap plastic bottle from the chemist though to mix and shake it up in before putting into the 30ml bottles I purchased ? Good move wibble ,best way of saving cash is to make your own. And hello btw On the question of bottles, I have found that if I get my VG from Boots, its £2 for 200ml. When you have used up 1, they turn into nice glass eliquid bottles for mixing your ADV in and storing it to steep, then pour it into more manageable size bottles when you need to use it. Take a look a the pic Here that I posted as a joke. link

Maybe a small thin button magnet on the bottom of the battery would do the trick This would be my solution as well as I have about 50 of them in different sizes. Battery magnets, very handy things to have.

After not spending any money a vaping for the last 8 months or so, I made the mistake of 'just taking a look' at Fastech. Bought
Boughtoops.... Well I think I deserve these as I have been so good lately. Also i seem to have run out of a few of my flavorings... Down to my last 2 bottles that i have made up. I better make them last I suppose.

Ill have to try this K4 sometime, know i know what everyone on about. I would look towards tried and tested 'clone' brands as my experiences have told me that FT can be a bit of a lucky dip. Especially as they do so many K1-K4 versions from 'who knows where', it would be unfortunate to get a badly copied one that left you thinking the best designed RBA's ever were 'rubbish'. Hcigar and EHpro were always top of peoples list when i was researching the K2, so i would be surprised if standards had dropped. I have both K2 from these manufacturers, and you wouldn't be disappointed with the performance or standard of finish from either. Some of the FT clones look like they have been finished with a 'bag of nails' and it can be frustrating if you get one that works well, but you need a pair of pliers every time you want to take it apart. I have a link to Hcigar uk vendor that i left for @johanino They probably do the k4 and the price isnt hard to swallow.
