I dont really understand the question too well:-) but if you mean the threads between the atty 510 and the fatdaddy 510, the answer is "nothing special". The mechanical bond, tolerances etc..the liquid tends to go find elsewhere to get out. If you were to block the juice entry point in your atty deck, adn then squeeze, I'm sure it would come out from the threads...eventually...but what I do find is that your finger is a really good force gauge. You can tell so much when you squeeze that you soon know when it is *just right*
ok...on youtube fatdaddy himself has a video on using his rda conversion kit, where he has a long flanged stainless needle. It comes as part of the kit with the fatdaddy conversion kits, and this long needle travels from the atty, through the 510 and into the bottle almost. Thats the way he has done it. Its not the way these things are normally done. And my personal experience is that using his connector WITHOUT that stainless needle and you will get leaks, as the thing only seals well when your atty is screwed down solid..so even though the connector is spring loaded, it doesnt seem to seal when the spring isnt at its lowest point (there is an oring the pin pushes against, which makes the seal.)
So me personally, I'm trying to find something else to use. svapamo.it have a connector called MAV or something, I dont have experience with it, however next squonker I'll be using that @windows on here may be able to fill in the blanks

I've got 5 minutes...
ok, the juice feeds as follows: the tube goes all the way to the bottom of the bottle. Putting pressure on the bottle (squeezing) increases the pressure on the bottle and the contents (air and eliquid) try to find a way out..which is normally "up the tube" For this to work, everything needs to be air tight.
the tube then connects to the bottom of the 510. No, there's no standard sizes used..or even standard 510's...But if you look at any 510 connector you find online, imagine a piece of about 2cm extending from the bottom of it, connected to the positive of the 510, and hollow, all the way to where they atty screws on
so the pipe connects to this bit, and enables the liquid to move through the custom 510 to the...catchcup. A bit of "not needed anymore", a throwback from the cartomizer days, the catchup is like the area, like a volcano, just a section to hold back any excess liquid. Was needed for cartomizers, not so much needed anymore.
Now, the atty..the 510 pin will be drilled/hollow such that the liquid can move up into the atty, to the deck. Ideally, the lowest point of the deck. The juice entry point is similar to your plughole in the bath. At the lowest point it can allow juice to enter and flow to the wicks, and because it is also the lowest point, the juice can flow back down it. Leaks can occur where the atty screws to the mod, and even on a good squonker, fi you remove the atty it'll be "wet" there, BUT, the liquid tends ot follow the path of least resistance, so if everything else is ok, the juice will travel into the atty rather than try squeeze itself out of the 510 threads between a mod and an atty
Remember that bottle you squeezed in? and the airtight system? when you let your bottle go, it tries to return back to its original shape, and sucks juice back into the bottle, from the plughole.(juice entry point into atty deck). So the juice you squeeze up, most of it comes back down, EXCEPT the juice that stays behind, trapped on the wicks.

I wish I knew...modmaker.co.uk do boxes and switches and you can get a 510 fatdaddy v4 with bf adapter there, but my success with it has been mixed at best, without using a daft long stainless steel pin. Bottles and tubing are not to be found together with caps that seal....I've looked and come up short.
I've asked some china contacts to help me out and are awaiting their response.

this box is also called "vie" at focalecig but has a picasso on it. Same box, buttons, 510....
edit: just zoomed in on the pictures...this is the same basic design, but a better factory built this brigada box..to the point that I may be interested in it...the one @ focal was close to horrible, with drawing pins for battery contacts, a half ton of superglue and a switch that didnt work from day 1.

I looked into making hybrid connector for e.g. nemesis out of one pound coins. The law was such that ruining currency, or using it in art was not a crime, however, defacing a picture of the queen was. So I couldnt drill and tap a hole in a pound coin. So I didnt make the product nor sell it. Of course what you do in a shed for your own amusement isnt such a big deal, but I would not try sell something where coins have had holes drilled into them. I really did read up about this for a good few days to get a straight answer.

yes that is how it works, but it doesnt necessarily translate into "you must use those channels for married batteries" etc but you are welcome to use it like that if it helps with the comfort factor.

you can get empty ones on ebay, that takes 4 x 18650's in parallel. They are made for you to put your own batteries in, so are super cheap because you are not paying for some unknown batteries. Why did I buy one? because we have lots of 18650 batteries...we are vapers! I can now put in my trusted batteries... son uses one often..if it is flat, he comes to my nitecore charger and grabs another 4 batteries....and because they are in parallel, if he only wants a bit of juice he can just chuck in one battery (panasonic ncr18650b are 3400mah each)..or if he intends to go somehwere he can put in 2..or 3..or 4 batteries as needed.
Bonus marks for me was that in a pinch, we can use it as another battery charger for our 18650 cells.
