I've ordered two of each size BUT need a decent charger cos someone said the one in the vamo kit is pants. I'm well confused but will work it all out when I get it Well worth getting a decent charger, probably the best bets at a reasonable price are the Xtar or the Nitecore - lots of vendors do them and I believe there are a few good deals around.

[quote author=" Roscopecotrain" source="/post/364449/thread" timestamp="1362072467"Would i see much of a difference in the time they last from the torchy 2400mah and the torchy imr 2000 mah ones. Sorry for so many questions just on a tight budget and want to get it all right.[/quote] The IMR ones are 2000mAh - so I guess they would last at least a day for most people, but of course it depends how much you vape and at what voltage. In theory, the 2400mAh would last a bit longer, but they are a different chemistry and how they would cope in a VV device I don't know. These capacity measures though assume you run the battery right down to 3 volts or less which you couldn't do in the Vamo - you probably wouldn't go much below 3.5 volts, so the capacity to that level may not be so different between them.

The Torchy batteries have a good reputation. I think I'd go for his IMR ones to put in a Vamo though - I'm not sure what current drain his 2400 ones will take and you want a battery that will cope with a reasonable high drain rate for a VV device. Also the IMR have the advantage of safer chemistry - oh and they are £1 cheaper lol

]I looked on ebay and was thoroughly confused If you scroll down the page I linked to you will see a picture explaining how to measure O rings - the two dimensions are the inner diameter and the cross section.

I've also had excellent service from Perseas jeff - he once sent me some stuff I didn't ask for as he thought I had a problem! They really do take customer service seriously.

Just a word of warning - there are many versions of the Twist out there and if it doesn't say Joye it will probably be a copy of the original. I have one and it is fine, but you have more of a guarantee that it is well made if you get a Joye Twist.

I wouldn't think that changing the voltage setting will make any difference when charging it - certainly a new one on me ???

I don't think it makes any difference philh - I certainly never bother to switch mine off before charging and equally I have charged them when they were already switched off.

Let us know how you get on Adam. What I was thinking of (and forgot to say doh!) is that as well as being flat it is also quite stretchy, which might make it a bit awkward when you are seating in something. I'm sure it would wick well if this is not really a problem.

I tried a couple of "unbranded" 18350's a while back - one of them died fairly quickly and the other one doesn't last very long although it still charges up. They are cheap but just not worth it I reckon.
