Andy! are you using really thick juice?? I only ask because you seem to be doing everything else right, I'm the worlds worst when it comes to wicking and of all the tanks I've had, the subtank is the only one I've never had a problem with apart from one little leak when I under wicked it, but I've never had one dry hit and I toot five or six times in quick succession, my old juice was 50/50 but now I'm using 70Vg/30Pg, I'm also wondering if it's your coil as you say your using micro coils perhaps they can't take enough juice in and burn it off too quickly, I think the coils for the RBA that come with it are around 3mm bore, I'm using 0.5 ohm twisted coils with a 3mm bore, so it may be worth trying a bigger bore coil,,

At some point in my life I've hated everything, my pet one for a while now is Facebook, I really don't care if your alarm clock went of early, or you just went to the shop to buy some Oxo's, my daughter drives me mad, all she puts is "feeling emosh" or some other stupid comment like that, then when you ask her whats up she says nothing, for Gods sake get a life, get out and get some real friends, I got Peed off one day and put a status up saying I had a trapped fart, I had around 50 replies from go to the doctors! or what to to to make me fart, I used to quite like F/B but not now I just go on to wind people up, I don't need to know about their life and every thing that happened today, they are my friends FFS I already know all about them,,

Thanks for all the help folks at least now I have some Ideas, I've tried all sorts of pre mades but I always end up back on either Blueberry or Blackberry, I can't seem to get on with sweet flavours, I'll try making 10ml of straight Blackberry first if I don't like it I can always tweek the next batch,,

I'm finally taking the plunge and going to try mixing my own juice! i'm on a tight budget so can't really afford premium juices and that my problem! the ones I can afford just don't hit the spot flavour wise, so by making my own I can tweak them a bit, I'm going Nic free now so I won't need that, have my PG and VG on order, yes the P/grade stuff, in fact I have everything except the flavour concentrate, I'm keeping the first try simple and just going for straight Blackberry, so where's the best place to buy a decent concentrate that won't break the bank, I've had a read here but I'm more confused than ever as one will say it's great and another says it's not so great, something else I was told is that fruits don't need steeping, I'm not so sure as all my ready mades improved after a week, so steep or not steep??

Certainly is a minefield, I've always known what suits me might not suit others, I couldn't believe the difference in flavour when I swapped from my GTII's to the subtank mini's, but then I was using different coils in the GTII's, my sweet spot with the kanger mini seems to be around 25w to 30w after that I find the vape to warm for me, I'm all about flavour clouds do nothing for me and I see no point in them unless it's look how big a cloud I can make, with one of the F/B groups I belong to all they post is of how bigger cloud they made, nothing about flavour, I've tried directing a few of them here, as even as someone who knows little about vaping knows enough to know the set up they are using isn't safe, I'm still waiting for someone to get seriously hurt, but they don't care as long as they have the biggest cloud, it certainly dosn't do serious vapers any good, anyway I diverse! what I'm actualy looking for is a top fill tank that gives the best flavour with my pre-made 0.5 UD twisted coils, I was looking at the Kanger top fill mini but it's fiddling with the little screws that put me off, I've never tried duel coils so maybe thats the way to go but I just like to keep thing simple like me,,

I'm confuzzled!!!! every review and on here I see a new tank on the market that gives the best flavour, to me a tank is a tank, so my thinking is it's how it's set up that gives a better flavour or more cloud, I love my Kanger subtanks but have been looking at the Uwell Crown because it has good reviews everywhere and I like the topfill idea, but how will the flavour be any better, I use 0.5 UD twisted kanthol coils and bacon bits for wicks in my Kanger and vape at 27w, surely if I used the same in the Uwell it would give the same flavour or am I missing something here, the only way I can see them being any different is with different coil set up's at different watts, as I say I'm sure I'm missing something here I just don't know what!!

I'm not sure but I think it was Perpetua that got me onto the pre-mades ages ago, had loads of different ones from FT and never a problem with any of them apart from what one to buy, I always give them a dry burn first as some do seem to have a little oil or something on them, now I have a question! with my Subtank mini I'm using these, Coils but would it be better to use normal spaced coils like the ones that come with the Subtank? I like the twisted coils but I want to get the best flavour from my juice so can someone recommend the best 0.5 coil for the subtank!! Mow,,,, |

Well! having converted a few to Vaping including two of my Diabetic nurses (must add at this point, both drove me mad about my smoking only for me catcht them both having a cig at the back of the clinic) I love the fact that in some way I've helped, but don't do what I did and add them as FB friends or give the your E/mail addy, at least once a day one of them messages me with a "how do you do this" "whats the best" or "where can you get" so I tell them, what I don't tell them is I know bugger all really, I just come here a look up info then pass it on, I always try to get them to jon us here but if any have they havn't said, until then I'll just let them think I'm the dogs,,

You have to download Paulies Video maker, I just did and it's awsome, I think I'm addicted to it now, I can't stop messing with it, I've been looking for something like this for ages, I take a lot of Pictures and Videos when I'm on the boat, now my videos won't look like a five year old edited them, So a Big thanks to Paulie for the link,,,

The thing I like about using the screens is I'm not stuck with just the one drip tip, I Just punch out a mini screen for each tank or whatever tip I use, the guy in the video says it might restrict the airflow a little, but to be honest I havn't noticed any difference except not getting spitback, if I'm carefull I can just about three mini screens out of one 20mm one, so 150 screens for 99p is good value,,

I don't know if this will help you, I've been doing it with my tanks since I found it a while ago, I get the pipe screens from E/bay and I already had the punch, the video explains itself but you need the hole punch shown in the video, it's a single 6mm hole punch, got mine on E/bay for under £2.00, or you can get a set of hollow hole punches if you need bigger sizes, SpitbackMow,,,, |
