If only they thought to update us by email as quickly dagl  I too would have thought a token gesture of alternative concentrates would have been a better response than ignoring us all completely or trying to fob us off until we forget about it minime |

You are obviously too young if you still celebrate birthdays, just a normal day in this house, you get a card and that's your lot  Good luck with the appointment, what happens during childhood definitely forms your views as an adult, I would rather go to the dentist than the hairdresser but that's another story  |

I sent a chase up email yesterday, it is a bank holiday weekend so I will leave it til Tuesday to chase up again. It is really poor and the customer service and communication is very disappointing.

Just had an email from Nikki asking for the batch number and saying that they are looking into a problem with the black jack concentrate. I would like to think that they would withdraw these batches, if not all black jack, from sale until they get to the bottom of the issue.

I am at the same point as you, I cannot get on with recipes, it is maybe my taste buds but I must have made up about 40 odd mixtures and there is only Custardy lovechild, a butter toffee mint and a RA mixture that I have made more than 10 ml of. I am now sticking to one shots as they seem to have a better end taste for me as the hard work has been done.
I have just bought and mixed 5 from vampire vapes which may be worth a look for you.

I have sent a message through the website as I have made up 150 ml today and it has separated too, it seems it may be all black jack as my last lot from CCW did the same. Will be pissed off if I have to dump much more of it |
