I have a small stash just sitting here waiting for me to do something with them.... It's never going to happen... Shall I just pour them into a plastic bag and deliver them? I wouldn't mind half a dozen back re-coiled but equally don't want them just to go to waste..

Can't believe he has been with you for so long already... I think that's because you really haven't shared him very much with us....

I made a small order of juice from www.e-chuffs.co.uk/ this morning, maybe about £5 worth. Just had a phone call to say that a couple of items were out of stock now and did I want a substitute, and a couple of bottles in compensation. I said that given the price I was still pleased with what I had ordered, negotiated a couple of additional juices that I am happy to pay for. What a lovely guy! Can't fault his service and can't remember his name... Kev maybe? One to use again.

I may be showing my ignorance here but I don't understand how airlines lose money if people don't show up for their flights.
That's the reason given by airlines for overbooking seats, but they already have the money for the 'no shows' flights so they aren't out of pocket...
Am I missing something? (apart from my flight)

Chrissie, So sad... I lost all 3 of my fur family last year within the space of 6 months. . Now I wake up at night and shake Little Joe to make sure he is still alive. I feel for you Chrissie.

The sleeping habits of Jugs. (that's a cross between a Pug and a Jack Russell) (to be read in the style of David Attenborough)
It's getting dark, and as night time approaches, the Little Jug, Joe, prepares to make the journey to the large den he shares with his Mum. He, like most Jugs, will do this for the rest of his life... Mum leads the way to the steep stairs that lead to the safety of the bedroom. Not so many months ago Little Joe needed to be carried up the stairs but these days he runs up them faster than his Mum.
He waits for her at the top and follows her to her place of ritual ablutions. He checks that the water supply is correctly used, (toilet flushed) and the cloths put back in position, (flannel out of reach) and then he runs to the bedroom and jumps onto the bed. He lays himself down in the place that his Mum considers her own and waits for her to ask him to move. They have a brief ruffty tuffty argument and the Mum gets into bed, turns out the light.
Little Joe creeps under the covers and welds himself to his Mum's tummy, licking whatever is comfortably within his reach, usually a knee. He is asleep within minutes.
At some point during the night he wakens, creeps from under the covers and hunts discretely for the bunnies that live in the mattress. This is a dangerous practice for the little chap as the wrath of his Mum, if she catches him out, is a sight to behold. It could result in him spending the night alone outside the room..... He is lucky tonight and returns unscathed to his position under the covers.
Several hours pass and the sun begins to rise. The Little Joe wakes and climbs out from under the covers, breathing in with delight the fresh air of the room, clean and exciting after the slight fartiness in which he has spent the night. He dives under the covers for a last quick snuggle before emerging for the final time, ready to start the day. He treads ritually on the Mum's right boob and she gives the morning greeting of ''Ouch''. She keeps her eyes closed in the hope of another few minutes of sleep but the Joe is having none of it. He approaches her carefully and presses his whiskery nose to each eye in turn, trying to guage whether she sleeps or not.
He decides she IS awake and headbutts her on the forehead, and the day begins...

Just bought Clotted Cream Fudge from Vapour Depot. It was a good find for me because Drip Drop stopped making it and it was my ADV. Just as good as DD. I got 100mls for just over £11, including postage, as they have a sale on some juices and I had some loyalty points to use up. vapourdepot.com/product-category/specials-2/

Could have sworn I'd replied to you all... The problem seems to have rectified itself after a suck out by the hoover and a comprehensive scan, plus a fiddle with everything connected to the PC. I don't know what worked though! I'm sure I'm grateful to all of you for your advice, and to one of you that told me how to solve my problem.... Lynda

So my Packard Bell ''All in one'' keeps closing down.
I get an on screen notification that it is receiving no signal and then the world goes dark! Sometimes, like now, I can fire it up again..
It's been suggested to me that this might be a virus.
Any thoughts?
It has been going on randomly for a few months but has got much worse recently.
I am a technophobe so need guidance in words of one syllable.
