In a recent newsflash we have learned of a whole load of devoted members of an E-Cig forum being abandoned by the forum owner, just because she has a new boyfriend!

For years this woman has spent every available minute recruiting people to her site, responding to almost every post as if she regards members as her close friends, and regaling them with tales of her many cats.

Suddenly the lady has almost ceased contact, leaving her devoted followers/supporters completely bereft.

Our reporter learned today of a Spanish DOG that has moved in, and that seems to have usurped all previous objects of affections....

Cats of the UK are very much afraid....

Daisy, the last creature standing..
..has given up....
Frail as she has been for the last year or so she stopped eating on the day that Toby died, yesterday.
She ventured downstairs for the first time in over a year, lay down in my hallway and hadn't moved for 24 hours.

I placed her in a comfortable bed, had the 'conversation' with her where I thanked her for her love and loyalty over the last 19 years, and told her I would be ok if she decided she wanted to go find the Rainbow Bridge.

And she has decided to go with the boys, Toby and Mungo.

Her precious heart stopped beating whilst I stroked and talked gently to her.

And I am far from OK but am glad that she is...

The Boys will be horrified when they see her.
They thought they had escaped her ways of terrifying them..

My sweet and loving lady has gone.

Poorly Toby was at vet yesterday.

Blood tests, examination and injection and sent home.

Today he had deteriorated dramatically and I left him at the vet in anticipation of urgent surgery that may or may not solve the problem that is not yet diagnosed.

Vet is not wildly optimistic but will do the best with her 30 + years of experience, and Boy Pup has been left with loving kisses and prayers.

And I have just been informed that he didn't make it through the surgery.

He had a tumour in his chest that had eroded a blood vessel causing internal bleeding, but the tumour would have killed him anyway.

He was 4 years old and had turned my life upside down when he arrived in my house as a 7 week old puppy, taught me stuff about myself that I'm not proud of, and showed me how to be a better dog..

And I hope that helps me be a better person.
