but saw a list on here but can't find it now! please can somebody add the Royal Oak in Littleborough to the list. My biggest challenge yet, going out for a drink and not having a fag but went into my local the Royal Oak in Littleborough and said " I take it you don't mind about me using an electric cigarette" " whats one of them then?" told him the bumph and as hes a smoker said try it " Fu**ing hell tastes like chocolate!" it was was double chocolate fudge cake actually but will let him off, his partner came up and said to him its not smoking and for me and he actually said "vape away" ha ha! its my local anyway but anybody wanting a great night and vape friendly pub, this is the one! also vaped in the Wheatshef didint ask permission as I was pissed anyway ( ) but nobody approached me so thought sod it! though it did attract attention, in the Oak I heard someone say to a bar maid " what the hell is she smoking? it certainly isnt anything legal!" the bar amid just said " its an electric ciggi and she can use it as Chris (the landlord) has approved it" up yours! ha ha!!! and I never touched a single cig ta da! but did have a big fat prawn curry yum! food tastes so much better these days!

O.K. i am a little worried as I have a planned trip to Pattaya in Thailand its not until next year but I have read you cannot buy or import ecigs there. That in its self doesnt bother me as id take my supplies but would I get arrested if I was say vaping in public? and if they where found on me in the airport? I really dont want to go back to cigarettes, i really dont but fear i would if i couldnt use my ecig.

Anybody have any experience of vaping in Thailand? i am actually quite angry like they allow normal cigarettes which are more harmful yet due to ill informed governments they ban something which has proved to allow 75% of users to completely stop smoking and lead healthier lives, these governments aint bothered about people loosing their lives through smoking but more about loosing money from the sales and taxes, isnt it bloody annoying?

On a positive note I have managed to convert 2 patients (im a RN) from nasty fags to ecigs both have managed to be cigarette free since using them. Id allow them on wards if i was a blinking matron! musch better than patients sneaking out for a quick fag and calmer patients= less stressful job!

Hi all! I am really interested in buying a tank for my Riva 1100, do any of the ego's fit Riva's or do I need one just for a Riva? Also do I need anything else to make the tank work? cheers!

yeah he was really interested in them, ive been recommending them to my patients who want to quit! I am a RN and will definitely be promoting ecigs as a healthier option and also as a means of stopping normal cigs.

found my tiramasu its enjuice dunno why i didnt just look at the bottle duh! ha ha! headaches all gone now thank god, even went to the docs and he said its withdrawal too, explained about the ecig and he said he cant see it doing any harm and if its helping me stop to continue doing it, well i would anyway!

yes Perpetua i have a very sweet tooth, one thing that put me off stopping smoking normal cigs, didnt want the weight gain but hey i can satisfy my sweet tooth without the calories! how cool is that! loving the tiramasu, caramel and chocolate lush! though im gonna try the fruity ones next just to make sure i get my 5 a day

yes habit is more the word, than addiction! but a much nicer habit than other things i can think of!
