I bought an Itaste vv Batt and wondered what the full charge up routine is I plugged in and it lit green and stayed green for the whole charge which almost took all day today does that mean its faulty or was just completely empty ?
I am a newbie to vaping so not up on the vv / vw batts yet and have only used it in vv mode using their suggested voltage setting .. The user manual don't say an awful lot but I only did a quick page to page few seconds scan as with most blokes I'm a plug and play sort of person rarely ever reading manuals.
Any advice appreciated...

Your probably just having a bit of a bad patch with the acid reflux , and vaping can SOME TIMES exaggerate it especially if your vaping any menthol liquids , I know how you feel I also been there. I would just suggest vape when your feeling up to it till your back to feeling normal again. Funny enough I was using an 18mg Menthol when this started but think its more to do with me just feeling groggy from this viral bug my lovely sons passed on to me

Thanks for comments, its only been 20 years of stomach troubles and they still not found anything wrong after countless endescopes through the mouth into the stomach which I wouldn't recommend whilst awake its like a hot snake slithering inside your belly and taking sharp biopsies which you feel as though you been bitten in the stomach not nice at all but far worse is the insertion down the throat..gagging, cough, splutter but still they go for it and you have to put up and shut up till their done ... the only thing they found in 1994 was a duodenal ulcer which was treated and healed nicely but 20 yrs on I still get 3 or 4 day sickness bugs every month regular which totally zonks you out and wipes your energy to ''0''. But my excess acid cleared for a while and recently come back but before I started vaping so can't really be that...I have been under extreme stress lately though which will do it everytime.

Early evening yesterday I started to get a sore throat and it has worsened overnight and has an annoying cough now too, but 2 of my sons have had a viral throat infection and cough lasting nearly 3 weeks so looks like its my turn grrrrr..
I was vaping throughout the day yesterday and this morning until 11am where after everytime I had one I had a strong acid reflux sensation in my throat ...i do however suffer from this a lot as I have some long term stomach issues but today its made me feel so rough that since 11am I have not touched my aspire at all but weirdly don't feel like I need it either.
I was not a particularly heavy smoker and its coming up to 3 weeks without one but have noticed the last few days the throat hit from the 18mg has become a little too much...could I drop to a 12mg or is it too soon ? The 12 which I have tried is easier on me and my acid problem just hope its not the vaping that's causing the excess acid as heard it possibly can..And is it unusual to go all day not even wanting a vape or even missing it?
Any thoughts on this much appreciated.

I bought my Aspire K1 kit 10 days ago and also bought a separate K1 tank at the same time so I could have 2 flavours when ever I fancied it, both were filled on the same day I bought and have just topped them up and cleaned the tanks out 2 or 3 times as they get quite cloudy looking inside after a day or so use. Was wondering can the mini BVC coils be re coiled ? These K1 bvc's seem a tad smaller at 19mm length x 8mm dia.. the mini nautilus bvc which I have seen youtube vids on how to re coil and re wick with cotton seem a bit bigger, but the ones I have are 1.6 ohm's and quickly removing the bottom pin of an old one a mate was going to bin I asked if I could have it to strip down to see what's what.. Can see it would be easy to rewind a new coil which looks to have 11 coils and wrap in thin cotton wick and slide back in but the 4 holes in bottom have a separate piece of flat cotton about 6 / 7 mm x 25mm approx that slides inside then into a recess where you would need a pin or something to slide it in the gap and run it round in what seems like a hollow chamber like you get inside a vacuum flask but having said that the piece that's in there is very white as it only acts to stop too much liquid entering too quickly causing gurgles / leaks etc but the coil I slid out with its wrapped wick was almost black and very gunky so I guess its a case of leaving the inner 4 hole wrap of cotton in there as once out its almost impossible to get back like its fitted in factory and not for rebuilding ? I know they are cheap so easy to bin and buy a new one but would like to try and re coil one if I could just to see if its a job that can be done as I'm very much like that with anything always trying to fix things before throwing in the towel and buying new. I only use approx 1.5 ml (a full K1 tank full) of liquid a day so very low user and shop said in that case a coil should last me 2 to 4 weeks ? well 10 days in they still seem fine and material inside still creamy white not burnt and brown looking. I think the Nautilus heads use 28 gauge wire, but have no idea what the mini K1 bvc's use ??? ..anyone have any idea's or tips it would be much appreciated... Or shall I just buy a new pack

It's not a name I'm familiar with, but one thing I am sure of. In the 30-odd months I've been vaping I've tried my share of cheap juices and they are just that - cheap (and often nasty). I learned fairly early on that quality far out-weighs price and decent juices still rack up significant savings against smoking. Yeah very true, its only going to be a last resort back up buy but I will try not to run low anyway got plenty at mo..

Saw some new liquids in my local shop today as I went in for some milk etc it was called evapour8 / EV8 had a fair few flavours and was cheaper than the ones they stocked for some time but they were all in 18mg strength which is fine as that's what I use at present....just wondered if its any good or not...? Any info appreciated as it will be a easily available if I get low on liquid and desperate .

Thanks Chykensa, I also cleaned out my Aspire K1 tank out twice since I got it as they seem to get really horrible and misty looking inside after some good use, all I did was clean it with warm running water shook out excess then left it to dry overnight but by morning though it had dried out fully and had no minute water beads left inside it did have a few lime scale residue spots as we are in a very hard water area.
This I didn't like but once filled with juice all is good again and the spots all disappear but wondered if there is a way to stop this?
Some say use spirits like Gin / Vodka instead of water but surely this would affect the juice flavour ? and some say use straight away after rinse no need to dry inside just shake out excess water and good to go whilst others say never fill after a rinse out always leave to dry fully overnight or longer but I couldn't wait that long too impatient lol..

I only been Vaping since Oct 23rd 2014, but had a basic starter kit with CE4 clearo on which I thought was ready t bin but as I was very bored today took it apart for a clean.. I unscrewed the top drip tip then removed the inner silicone nipple from top of the coil tube which had a small metal collet inside and washed them out and dryed with kitchen paper, then I drained the tiny amount of remaining fluid and rinsed out the tank with just warm water for a good while under the running tap then shook out the excess water until just tiny beads remained on the clear plastic inside then rolled a piece of tissue like a rats tail and slid down the gap to dry the last few specs of water which worked quite well. I then dry burned the coil which crackled at first with some smoke but after a few mins of pulsing soon cleared and coil glowed lovely and deep orange but the heat it had generated did condensate the inside again slightly so set a hair dryer on medium heat and about mid speed and blew it through the top from about 6 inches away whilst giving a few more pulses then carried on for another 2 mins with the hair dryer until it looked like the wicks had pretty much completely dried out and the inside was spotless and clean and very see through like new. I left to cool for another few mins as the drier had warmed it up a bit then I set the metal collet back into the silicone nipple and twisted back through the top and when it came to rest on the top of the coil tube I pressed it home a flush with a paper clip, then refilled with some Jungle juice screwed on top drip tip and let stand for several minutes. I then screwed on the battery and gave a few puffs not inhaling to get it going then first initial puffs where OK but after a few minutes it had full flavour back in fact better than before dare I say it and it sends out plumes of vapour...It probably won't last much longer but I enjoyed messing with it and giving it a new lease of life even if its only a short one, I just love taking things apart then reassembling making it look new again it makes you feel good inside and at least whilst I had it apart I had my new Aspire K1 to use to help me through it lol....

I had same problem as the gap down the side of the pin is tiny so just used tissue paper either on the end of a very thin bladed screwdriver or just poke a tiny amount of tissue down with a safety pin run it around the terminal then lift out with the pin it gets right in there and lifts all the dampness and dirt and is something most people have lying around the house anyway..

theferret welcome from me too. I believe vivid is sold by asda so may be good quality. The vivid is not bad at all, and really does produce masses of vapor..it was a great start for me..

I recently bought an Aspire K1 kit, I know where to fill it to but when the juice level gets low how low can it go before it needs refilling ? I was told as soon as the level gets around 3mm above the 4 holes in the bvc coil bottom then its time to refill.. Some say never let it get past half way which makes no sense as a few puffs from full will soon take it past half way mark, the best I found online was when its about 1/3 left then refill but no real good info about really .. Any info much appreciated..
