I didn't know those points needed clarifying from what I remember of the proposed regulations. From a consumer point of view they are not relevant anyway, apart from understanding the possible cost increases we will see for retail juice due to the testing costs. Especially point two above. I expect there will be a major cull of choice coming once this gets implemented. As I mix my own it won't have much impact on me personally, but I expect One Pound E Liquid will need to change to Three Pound E Liquid.

No problem going on there despite the warning about the certificate. Interesting to see how it pans out. I guess the details will come out once they go into production.

I suppose it depends on the persons definition of corrupt. As a non business person I would say it was morally wrong, but morals and business don't seem to go together these days.

TPD would have to be delayed for at least a couple of years to avoid that I think Greg, and even then I'm sure the UK would implement some sort of TPD type regulations.
