Sorry Kenny, but got to agree once again with everyone else. Lisa was entitled to her opinion re the bulk orders. I've also always had 100% customer service from Lisa, & the same as Sean - super fast shipping Hello & welcome Ach Glad to hear that you have had good service Chrissie but I have not.

Completely agree Sean . . . not the cheapest of suppliers, but my goodness the speed of Lisa's service & the lovely packaging is awesome. I bought some of her RY4 concentrate recently and had my order delivered in under 24hours! Well after the comments she made about this forum's bulk purchases by your good self Perpy I am totally amazed that you still buy from Lisa. Must be a girly thing. I fully agree that Cloud9 is not the cheapest of suppliers. With regards to the lovely packaging I assume you are referring to the one piece of blue tissue paper that she wraps around everything. In my experience with her service I was totally unimpressed. Cheap clones says it all really. >

Kenny do you know what the exact model of that "Ego style" kit is from ecigwizard? I'm not putting them down - far from it as they do look like a very good new supplier. Would just like to know more about it I'm fairly certain I've read somewhere that some of the kits with that Ego logo on the box are Riva's? Don't know Chrissie as I bought it for a friend and had it sent to their address so never seen it.. All I know is that they are pleased and have stopped smoking and surely thats what matters. Even if it is a Riva it is still cheaper than Cloud 9's Riva's and free postage thrown in can't be bad. I know the Riva is a clone but as far as I'm aware its a good clone and people seem happy with it so don't see the problem!!!! All my kit are Tornado's from Totally Wicked who I highly recommend but they are a bit dearer. Anyway, looks like Aldo bought a Riva anyways and good luck with it I say, much better than a ciggy look alike.

Kenny thanks a lot for your advice on the ecigwizard site! Have you ever boughht anything from there? Any known feedback from there? I'll have to go through all these sites when I get home to reconsider and make my final decision taking all suggs into account ! Oo God it's hard to start vaping Yep, bought a kit from them and quite a few of their Freedom Smoke USA 3ml sample juices. Their prices are very good and I had free delivery to Greece in 3 days which is excellent. I would highly recommend them. Ken.

Yes the price is better but I think the ecigwizard mod has a better finish and looks nicer. Also he is a UK supplier and does not charge for postage on orders over 10 pounds. Ken.

He can have huge sales because he owns a large company. That isn't always what a customer wants. I prefer good customer service & would prefer to pay that bit extra if the service received is top notch. Sports Direct is a prime example. Constantly has great sales, but the customer service is very poor & after only one experience I won't entertain this company. I would rather pay extra or not buy at all rather than shop @ Sports Direct. Also, he's involving himself in the fight because it's totally worth his while nothing more. I always have had good service from TW Hissie and Jason did not always have a big company and used to sell on Ebay just like other vendors.
