Crikey Kenny! Is that today? I should think Cretans are very unused to any really cold weather. The Cretans love snow and rain as it helps to fatten the olives before harvesting and also provides much needed water for the island. We don't get extremes of winter here but a lot of wind chill with the gales especially in February.

This is the view we have from our balcony. The snow of course is above us on the mountain tops.

Perpy,we get snow every year. This was last Saturday night but it was gone next morning lol. The mountains however have snow from December until end of March even though the coastal temperatures can be 20c plus.
I do live nearly at the top of a mountain Jerry bye the way lol.

Think the weather patterns are changing everywhere. This time last year I was still in my shorts and temp 25c. This last week we have had non stop thunder storms with torrential rain and temp 10c. On a brighter note next week is back up to 20c. Keep warm you guys.

Sorry I did not get back to you sooner Jerry but my daughter rang from Ireland and I have been catching up with the latest news. Well, as soon as you replied I did what you said with the cotton swab and have to say that I have for the last hour been having the best vape ever. The vent pipe does the job and I am now a non dripper again lol. You are a cracker Jerry and I am now an even happier vaper. Many thanks. Bye the way a cracker is an Irish Belfast term for a great fella. Cheers Jerry.

Interesting Jerry. So do you cut a piece the same size as the cart and put it down the side of the filler?
Ken.

Lisa, that used to be one of my favourite cheddars until I tried Maryland Farmhouse cheddar (buy mine from tesco's) It's got the most fantastic flavour & texture. Kenny, I like Feta cheese but it just never tastes the same over here. Agree with you Chrissie. When I used to holiday to Crete I loved the Feta and bought it in the UK when I returned but was very disappointed as it tasted nothing like the Greek version. When I used to go to Cyprus I loved the brandy sours and made them my nightly tipple and was given the ingredients to try when I returned home. Tried to make them on return but just did not taste the same. Its the same here really, we try to make our salads the same as the locals but they are never as nice as they add all sorts of wild herbs plus the right amount of olive oil grape vinegar etc. We still have salad every day but have to say that when we go up to our local Taverna and have theirs its a treat.

Tried dripping and did not like it. Bought drip tip to use with my Tornado and found it disapointing as the draw was too airy. I like the 510 atties but they are renowned to be bad on the wicking which they are. I do like the throat hit they give and really don't have problems with flavour. Tried the cart with the filler out for dripping and found this was too airy as well so was about to give up and return to the usual cart method of keeping it well topped up which was okay but the juice in the cart never wicked down completely so I thought this was a bit of a waste. Had a brainwave!!! I don't have these very often lol. Thought I would put dry foam into the cart and try the drip method and guess what it works. The dry filler gives a tighter draw and I can now use the drip method and have a satisfying vape. I only write this in case someone wants to try it and also to invite comment from other members who use other methods of dripping that satisfy them.

Scylla, the 3ml bottles are soft. A baby's fingers could squeeze them.

Thats true Scylla, I ordered 25 x 3ml samples of their different juices plus 10 mls of 555 to try it. It arrived boxed 5 days later, signed for delivery for 5 squid postage. I think thats brilliant and as I say so far I have not tried one that I don't like. Payed them by Paypal so a very easy transaction for me.

Double Mint from Easy-eliquid and its loverly. Have to say that I'm a menthol head and anything mint also hits the spot for me. Also have to say that I am impressed with all their juices so far and the prices are really good.
