Sue, as a relative noob too I have found the same thing - you need to find your own oattern from how you take a drag on your e-cig to filling cartos. I've kind of got in a pattern now with most of my vaping routine. I've given up from the first try on my Riva without intending to and don't even think about fags now. Tis great!  Ali x |

I started a month or so back with a silver Riva 1100 from Jason - now got 3 more colleagues on them at work! Silver looks like stainless steel and cartomisers match perfectly.
I would also advise a go at Cocomel juice- I like it and my workmates have all started on it - it seems to be a good all rounder in the jiuce fielld, where taste is so individual.

I am out and about often from our office but I and my 2 converts are vaping in there - only as needed, not too much but the boss/owner seems chuffed we are not smoking muck. I have explained the need to keep the nic levels up as we have all just started vaping instead of smoking.
Had 1 person say "I can smell smoke" - erm, no you can't, you just don't like the idea of vaping, just like you are anti- smoking and think it is the same thing. Got to admit, folk do get very bewildered by the vapour. And I do refrain when she is there as it upsets her such a lot.
And postie came in the other day and said it smelt like someone was baking cakes. (We were all on Griz Cocomel). And the boss jumps in, saying "oh, that will be the e-cigs some of the girls are using - smells good, doesn't it".

I enjoy Cocomel too - a very light toasted coconut flavour in case you think it may be heavy on that side. People who I have been "converting" always pick it to start off with. But I haven't been at this vaping very long myself.
Whisky Cream is very like Baileys to me.

I ordered one of these last week and have used for 2 days. I am really enjoying it.
As a new vaperette, I was intrigued by VV but didn't want a huge appliance (ooh Matron). This just suits - small, neat but does the job. I do have very small hands - size 2 in shoes, to give an idea and child size in gloves.
I have surprised myself by loving the 5v! May well order another yet, as back up. Battery life is fantastic - easily all day but haven't let them run out yet.
Next up, tanks......decisions......

I had a bad headache for the first few days after I switched to vaping. I get migrainess and it wasn't one of those.
It has gone now. I think it was withdrawal.

Great ideas, thanks. Ali, i was wondering why you had your sister's uniform then I realised you meant as in nurse, lol! My DH is a nurse and if he wants to smoke at work he has to walk almost miles away to be off NHS property. what do you do about vaping? Aaah, I work for a home care company now as a nurse assessor - when I am at my desk, I have been taking an odd drag - I have told everyone I NEED to (!) - but to be fair, no pne has compained as there is no smell, except for a slight sweetness which soon disappears. I also still go out with the smokers. But I would go in the loos if I had to. No one would know. Ali x |
