Have you tried IoF Mandy? What are your thoughts compared to CLC or your own very delish recipes? I'm tempted to try a few, one shots are so much easier. Less cleaning up-wise. I've tried a couple of their flavours Tim, Son of a Biscuit Eater/Captain's Custard/Cutlass Custard. . . . very pleasant they were as well. Any better or nicer than what we mix for ourselves from the various recipes about - that's debatable and all honesty I can't really say that they were - but I think if you make your own enjoyable custard blends that tends to add to the level of critique! But, I'm with you all the way on one shots . . . . . they really are so convenient all round. Thanks, one shots rule. Measure the nic and vg into a bottle, add the whole 10/30ml bottle of *one shot*, shake, pour a drink, fill tank, vape. I like it simple. (Keeps me up to speed ) I s'pose there's only one way to find out........

Just spotted a limited time 25% discount at the Isle of Flavours - code is on the home page: www.isleofflavours.co.uk/Shipping ' free ' over £15.00 . . . . . Have you tried IoF Mandy? In my younger days, I'm guilty of similar! The one on the right is especially close to what I have done! I have even been lowered out or a roof window by rope to repair a fascia board! HSE? Pffffff......

Not much cop at cleaning the inside of a 2.5mm coil (or smaller).
I use inter-dental brushes.

Cheers guys :-) striker42 - I've never tried any kind of rebuilding or coil building before - I've braved mixing now but coil building still looks like alchemy to me :-) Reckon I should give it a bash? Like striker42 said, you can get pre-wrapped coils, but if you can thread a sewing needle, it's easy (with practice). All you need is nimble fingers. Folks on here will tell you what wire to get, and how many wraps for whatever ohms you want if you cannot fathom Steam-Engine (an on-line coiling website)

My only ambition at the moment is to write a happy, non-complaining thread...one day.... :-( 1) Whilst waiting for my own custards to mature, I bought 150ml of "Campfire Custard" from Dragons Rise 2) Arrived today, opened it and did a "lick test" - I thought "Blimey, nicotine tastes REALLY strong" (I thought I was buying 6mg although the website says 0.6mg - and 0.6mg was written, half rubbed off, with a water-based black pen on the side of the bottle) 3) New Cleito coil - throat ripped to shreds - I have no idea what the nicotine level is but it certainly ain't 6mg I read all the reviews on "Campfire Custard" and how wonderful it is - only to be disappointed again. I have made my own custards and other flavours at 6mg and have vaped them straight after making so I am sure it's not just a "first harsh vape" problem if the CFC is newly made and has just been bottled. Twenty quid and another coil down the khazi - vaping is just starting to feel like a bottomless money pit 50g of Old Holborn anyone.......? i guess you didnt read the description on the website then. personally i dont like any of the other flavors on the site but ive now had 1050ml of campfire custard and i think its lovely. ive got about 250ml left and i must admit one bottle was quite harsh on the throat compared to the rest so i dumped it. every other bottle has been spot on after a good steep and 2 weeks is about right. i did tell Jordan that the nic strengths needed to be changed as 0.3mg can be confusing for some as it should read 3mg. he changed everything overnight about 6 weeks ago but as you mentioned its back to 0.3 again so no idea why. its been my ADV since before christmas which i use in my subtank mini on a istick40 at work. some have said it tastes shite in a dripper but after trying it in a subtank theve said it was great. all down to personal taste as tastes are so subjective. Which is why you should steer clear of this supplier. Why was it different from the rest? I mix my own, and once mixed some for my wife which gave her a "white ride". I deduced that I must have doubled up on the nic. It was easy to sort out, and she didn't sue me. But, if she had bought that from a supplier, I'd have taken him to the cleaners for wrongful labelling of the product, which is bought in good faith. It's shoddy business, and and needs to be addressed. His assurance that he has a "clean room" means nothing. Does he mean he swept the floor last week? Or is it sterile? If he makes the *odd* dodgy batch, where are the controls to prevent this? You even said that the offending bottle was from the same batch. How can that possibly happen? Did he put it into a dirty bottle? As I said, I would urge everyone to avoid the vendor. My tuppence.

If it's mint sauce in vinegar toots, it'll keep for donkey's years if unopened. Vinegar is a preservative, and pickling in vinegar started out as a way to preserve food for winter/spring, when crops weren't there, and for bad harvest years. In fact most sauces started out that way too. And jam (used to be called Preserve/Conserve) keeps for the same reason, as sugar does the same. Salt is another preservative, so, if all three are present in the mint sauce, it'll still be fine well after mankind ceases to exist..... Once opened, anything that gets in the jar might contaminate the surface (including air), but if you remove the offending substance, what's left is fine. Glad you got your VG Roly home safely.

The darkening of liquid has a lot to do with the nicotine level. However, it is air (the oxygen in it really) that darkens it. If you made liquid at any given nicotine %, it would not darken without oxygen. Oxygen. You can't live without it. But it is probably the most destructive element known. Although a chemist (such as *-SARIN-* ) might shoot me down on that.

Hi all First time this has ever happened. New mech (Nookie v3) and rda ( prophet by vapor clouds) but the rda will not thread into mech properly. I can get a couple of threads screwed on but then the rest of threading is too wide to screw down!!!! Tried other rda's on the mech and other devices with the rda and all is good, seems to be just this combo which is very strange Any ideas?? Quite simple really, revenge by Nookie Bear for you decapitating Bungle! Those bears have a union ya know.........

The fast heat up effect is partly because the resistance rises as it heats. For a given voltage you get more power at the beginning. EG 0.2 ohm (cold) 316 coil @ 4 V @ room temp uses 80 W @ 450 F the res will rise to about 0.24 ohm and use 67 W Not that any mech (battery really) will give 4 V @ 20 A This is why mech usage is dangerous to the uneducated. Thank you Jon. Please learn battery safety everyone. There is no regulation. And if you stress a battery (cell), it gets angry. And when they bite, they don't let go. I added this post for people who are new to vaping. Not to be condescending. Which it sounds.

Only just seen this tsoko. I use TPA Cinnamon Danish as my evening vape every day. I mix it at 15% and vape after 1 week. The others I don't know. I read somewhere that TPA sweetner can be added at 1% to CD (which seems a lot to me) if you like sweet (sickly?). Not tried.
